An unique house built in 1920s. It's modified to suite present needs. Kitchen with more than adequate utensils to cook a grand meal. Local town with lovely people. Enjoyed our stay. Thanks to our host, Gordon.

This house is different and truly unique, the design and the natural materials making this place a perfect gateway from artificial and office world, where many of us spend most of our days.
Rooms are large, clean and comfortable
It is located just out of town, it is very peaceful - you do need your own transport.
Wonderful place to stay. It is a truly magical environment, created in a harmony with nature stone by stone by the owner of the place.
Guests have access to the "Magic" garden full of accurate details, with a stunning oak, fruit trees and much more!

When was the last time you looked to the stars and marvelled at the magic views of our universe? From this location the stars feel like they are going to drop out of the sky!

This place really does have the wow factor!
Finding a house of this period (1920’s) in such a stunning location in Western Australia is like striking gold!
Not only is it perfect for exploring the Bridgetown area, it’s also the perfect place to hibernate for a long weekend.in fact there is so much to explore here, you don’t even need to go anywhere!
Zsuzsanna & Gordon have thought of everything, the house is filled with books, games and records so rainy days are not a problem!
The grounds are vast and sitting on the veranda offers stunning views, perfect for relaxing with a book or entertaining friends.
We came here for a long weekend with my elderly parents. During the day we explored the area and the spent the rest of the day relaxing at Oakhill. The house is big but cosy. Zsuzsanna really has an eye for detail and the house is full of character and charm.
I would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation and we will without doubt be back!
