6I enjoy Caitlin’s group morning classes as lots of variety from mat/floor exercises (including yoga & Pilates) to using weights, straps, bands & circles. Caitlin and her crew are dedicated, professional, caring and fun. Some days are tougher than others but wow you feel fantastic afterwards and ready to take on the world. O2Active is a warm, friendly and welcoming place for exercise physiology, Pilates, Yoga and massage. There are group classes at Mosman Park and St Aiden’s Church Hall in Claremont. Individual sessions are available with a number of well qualified staff. Lots of ladies have been attending classes for up to twenty years, so O2Active are certainly doing something right. I have been attending two classes a week for more than a year. One class is easier and one is quite intense. The staff are always ready to adjust exercises to take account of injuries or specific health needs. I highly recommend this business and it’s energetic and enthusiastic staff.
To retain individual fitness clients for more than 20 years takes a very special person. Look no further, Caitlin has an unparallel talent to offer individual tailoring of your needs within a group environment that makes any class feel like personal coaching. O2 Active team’s knowledge of physiology, exercise and rehabilitation is amazing, and their professionalism is outstanding. For five years I have regularly attended four O2 Active classes per week. Running, outdoor boot-camps, core stretch, to Yin Yoga, the variety is wonderful and all well balanced. I have never felt fitter, healthier and more competently supported through both general fitness and rehabilitation. Thanks Caitlin!
I absolutely love O2 Active and the work that they do! Cait does wonders for my neck and back and I can see noticeable differences every time I see her. She comes in to our office on a weekly basis and I always look forward to it and my body feels incredible after. I could not recommend her and her team highly enough!
I absolutely love the O2 Active team! I've been training with them for years across running, yoga, pilates and group fitness classes and achieved great results. They even come into our workplace now to run Wellness Wednesday exercise classes. Cait and her team are incredibly knowledgeable on all things fitness and wellness. Highly recommend.
I love it when Cait comes in to do our weekly team sessions at work. She helps with our specific individual needs and finds the best solution for us, whether its a bad knee, sore bad or tight hip flexors - she's got us covered. Cait is enthusiastic, knowledgable and always goes over and above my expectations.
