LOL! So many haters complaining about noise from the nightclub across the street. Maybe do some research before moving in? The building at 393 Murray Street has been operating as a nightclub since 1982! If you're going to choose to live in an inner-city apartment, you should be expecting to put up with lots of loud noises day in day out. That's the point of city living. If you can put up with a bit of noise, you get access to a slew of great apartment amenities and an amazing location. Anyone who argues otherwise, or complains about noise are just ignorant really.

I had to wait around 20mins at the reception because the girl there was so busy talk to her friend, end up leaving because I couldn't be bother wasting my time. Need to work on her customer service and attitude. Quit if you hate your job so much.

I would never buy any property developed by fragrance group. The walls are thin you can hear the next door neighbour. Also all the unit doors slams! You can there bang and it wakes you up, They didn’t even bother fine tuning the door closer tension before turning it over to buyer. It is not peaceful here at all

While the apartment is nice looking, it is located in a very noisy and unsafe location due to night clubs opposite the apartment. Noice can still be heard from level 18 with closed windows, and the driveway is blocked with drunk people and uber/taxi drivers who also yelled at you. Also, small apartment size below the industry standard for living space.

I do not recommend living at NV Apartments due to noise issues. Magnet House nightclub and other nearby nightlife are causing serious issues for residents of this building and other residential buildings on Murray Street.

If you decide to live here prepare yourself to face loud noise and street violence at a minimum every Tuesday, Friday and Saturday evening into early hours of the morning. Despite noise complaints and frequent police presence the issues at this location have been ongoing for months much to distress of residents.

Take great caution when considering investing in a property here or renting as many have regretted it. Even residents located on higher floors, with apartments that face away from the nightclubs and with double glazed windows can't get rest at night.

I was surprised to see such negative reviews! You can’t expect to live smack bam of Murray street in the city next to nightclubs, bars and restaurants and expect not hear some sort of noise especially over the weekends, like really? ! I think the apartment is amazing, my partner and I recently moved in and we think it’s perfect, But you’re definitely paying for the location and the ammenities, and honestly the ammenities are amazing! There is so much you can do! A rooftop swimming pool with amazing views of the city, a bbq area, an outdoor theatre, areas to sit around and have drinks with others, watch tv next to the view, another heated swimming pool and spa, a sauna, a gym? What more could you want! Not to mention absolutely everything is at your door step! Restaurants, bars, shops, Tiffany! Clubs, bars, Coles, everything is arms reach and you’re in the middle of all the action. Everyone we’ve spoken to or seen so far has been super friendly and nice also. It’s absolutely amazing in my opinion.

I regret being there for 8 months.very noisy night clubs and careless neighbours who speak loudly in corridors of the building.there is no time window for rubbish shooting that awake you event in midnight.
It’s not safe driving in parking as there is no mirror and it is very narrow.
I had to terminate my lease agreement to move out.not recommended at all.

High price for small 1x1 and 2x1 units. Car park space and storage room are also small. Better investment elsewhere.

Good place to reside. At 5th storey there’s a jacuzzi, pool, gym, sauna and at 30th storey there’s an infinity pool and other facilities. Enjoyed our short stay at NV apts.it’s just 5 minutes walk from Perth underground and right at the heart of Perth CBD. Access card access to enjoy the facilities. Parking bays are available.

Designed for maximum profit and minimum functionality. These apartments are tiny and only barely meet Aus Standard design minimums with cheap finishes. Wardrobes are small and shallow, bedrooms are small and balconies also at minimum. For the price the only thing worth paying for are the amenities, smeg appliance and high ceilings. Disappointing design and the developer just wants to take your money.

What an eyesore! 400+ apartments of tiny studio's, little one beds and horrible 2 bed 1 baths with no 2 bed 2 baths or 3 bed apartments. This isn't Singapore lah and even in Singapore no-one likes Fragrance groups apartments! Tear it down.
