Terrible customer service. Young teenage tall guy with attitude, so uninterested. I religiously spend $300 plus at this store every time. Not anymore.would rather shop somewhere where I get a good experience shopping even if it’s the same product from on shop to the other.a few dollars more or less it’s not a big deal…

Alicia was very helpful with advice and educating me on all of their products, she was also friendly enough to offer me a few samples so I could leave with the right purchase. Great experience, would certainly come back and recommend to others.

Awesome service! Both occasions I have visited the Midland branch the guys have been surprisingly knowledgeable and non-pushy in their assistance. Clean, tidy and spacious store with a good range. Even if the prices are slightly cheaper online, the service and convenience makes it all worthwhile!

Arrived at the shop just over half an hour before they closed only to watch the staff member lock up and go home exactly 30 minutes early. Emailed the company and got told "Sorry for the inconvenience" and was given their phone number so I can call before I go there in the future. Sadly, not the first time they haven't been open during their opening hours.

Every time I visit here for my protein powders I always get great assistance, advice when I ask for it, and a free sample to try the flavour before I buy.

Worst retail experience in a long time.like to point out the covid app is not mandatory and the signs in the shop say contactless preferred not contactless only.maybe the fella behind the counter needs to exercise the muscle between his ears a little more.attitude straight off the bat.

The store is great apart from one team member. Every time I come in and hes there I feel uncomfortable and am made to feel guilty for what I want to purchase. Very poor customer service and ruins the shop for me.

Customer service is aweful, staff at the counter turned his back with some attitude when I didn't purchase the item he was pushing me to buy for. I think they get commission on those products. The shop is pretty good though.

Its okayish. Think the knowledge of salespersons could be improved. They have good range and good prices i think so it ok. The rewards card works well.

I have be here twice now both times unsure of what I was after. The staff are tops. Give awesome advice and don't try flog you the most expensive thing. They do awesome specials and can't see my self buying anything online again. Support local and try them out the prices are just as good if not better than online and you get it that day, no waiting for postage.

The people here are so helpful and really try to suit your needs and wants. Definitely coming back for more!
