The bloke there was extremely helpful with answering any questions I had about the products.
I went there for the first time yesterday because I saw online that they have a good competitive price compare to other supplement shops. Tan (I think that was his name) was very helpful and knowledgeable. Gave me some suggestions for recommended products. Definitely will be visiting again. Thanks.
Never used any mass gainer or anything before. Went in yesterday afternoon 20/07/2022 and asked the bloke for some help. He spent a good 10-15 minutes explaining everything to me, all the ingredients I should look for etc and recommending me a product. Absolute top bloke, will be coming back when I need some more.
I cannot complain about the product or service I received. However, upon looking at my receipt, I noticed the loyalty points had been put against someone's name that was not me.
Considering I had never been asked if I were in their loyalty program, nor was I offered to join, I would probably class this as unscrupulous behaviour.
Based on this, I would not purchase from them again.
Great customer service here. The team is happy to help you with anything and they have a great wealth of knowledge about their products. Will be back!

The store manager Jordan has been really helpful with a few clarification needed and went out of the way to take time and really explain things to the smallest detail. Great service will surely be visiting this store again.
The guy who work in the sales is very irritating. The minute you enter in the store he will start following you. If you have selected something online he will make sure that you don’t buy that and he will sell you only those products where they get more commission. The sale guy didn’t like me walking around trying to check the price he just wanted to buy what he suggested. Never going there again. For sure
