3 I needed some retic parts to install an aeration device in my pond.
I had a rough sketch of what was required and showed it to Katie Richards who was ever so helpful. She not only had the ability to decipher my hieroglyphics but fulfilled the order in minutes.
This is one lady who definitely know her stuff!
She is an asset to this business and deserves to be recognised for it.
For anything to do with water products I would recommend her every time

Went there to enquire about hunter irrigation products about 4.30
7-11-2022 Lady was unfriendly and unhelpful. I have a 5 acre property and was willing to spend thousand on an irrigation system. Now I think I''ll just buy it online from over east. It does not take much to be friendly, there loss.
Staff are very helpful. Good range of products. Store is nice and spread out making it very easy to find what you are looking for.
