I rang requesting a quote on a drum of chemical, they took my number and said they would call back. I heard nothing for a week, so I rang back, they couldn't ring me back because they lost my number. They gave me a price and said they have ordered it and would ring me the following day for payment, nothing for another 10 days. I ran them again, they said they had made up a purchase order but couldn't ring me for payment because they lost my number AGAIN. They then said they would follow it up and call me to let me know what was happening. Nothing again for another week, I rang again, I was told that the company they were going to order the chemical from has a minimum order of $1000. But the couldn't ring me because you guessed it they lost my number. They are obviously not interested in the small businesses, they just want the big commercial orders. If you are a hobby farmer or small business, go elsewhere. I went to Elders, they had the product, I got it the same day.
Usually buy anything for garden, such as weed killer or copper sulphate you put in toilet that kills roots that block up sewage pipes it does a great job of unblocking and keeping them from re-blocking, staff very helpful prices are always cheaper than hardware stores and a much better produce.
