The lovely clerk is very pretty and helpful. She can assist multiple clients with no effort and at the same time maintian high level of customer service.

The staff are amazing! They help you with your decision bringing as many options of shoes as they believe would help you, always listening what you are looking for without pushing or making this experience uncomfortable, though. Different styles, always with a good price range.

Friendly service got 2 pairs of thongs for $42 as got one half price and very clean in store and displayed well

I wasn’t planning to buy my mother a pair of flat sandals but the sign “SALE” displayed at Novo Shoes Mirrabooka caught my attention, original price was $49.99 down to $10! I was hoping to find the colour, style and the correct size fit for my mum, which I was lucky to find because it was the last pair for that colour, style and the perfect size fit for my mum, it was meant to be:) The girls working there were both friendly welcoming each single customer entering their store and they both looked like they genuinely enjoy their job:) The store looked tidy and clean. Thanks to the girls (Tam and Wintana) I received a pleasant customer service shopping experience and my mum had a smile on her face when she tried the sandals on and she said they felt very comfortable:)

Bought a pair of shoes for my wife in Mirrabooka store and it turned out they were a wrong size, as I'm working night shifts I didn't have time to go and exchange them until I was a couple of days overdue. However my wife and I decided to give it a go, when we got there girls seemed very busy but they greeted us almost instantly, when I told them about the issue store manager informed me that it wasn't an issue and she can still exchange them. My wife told her the kind of style she was after and it didn't take very long for her to find the right shoes, she also ended up getting another pair and a bag for a great deal. We were amazed by the quality of customer service we received my wife will definitely be back.

I bought a pair of boots which were faulty. Twice i had to take them in to be changed; and twice i was pleasantly surprised at how good the costumer service is. The lady that helped me could not have been nicer or more concerned with my shopping experience. Good to see.props to them!
