8 Coming from New York City, were we are used to great service, is a pleasure to find WORLD CLASS SERVICE at this store (NOVO - Belmont Forum). I couldn’t get my order online, the manager went above and beyond to help me and make me feel special while she was dealing at the same time with other customers.

The store manager, Nell, has been so helpful. I ordered shoes online and they arrived with two left shoes? ! I called Belmont store hoping to maybe exchange them in the shop. Nell called around the other stores to see if they were available and called to make sure the instore swap was ok. It wasn't even her problem to fix. She couldn't have been more helpful. Give that lady a payrise.
Went into Novo Belmont today Sunday 25th September to purchase couple pairs of shoes.looked around store before knew what I wanted.didn't receive a greeting at all, looked towards counter and the young lady behind the counter was too busy head down on her PHONE to even notice me.really. Will go back next week when the other lady is there, as she was really helpful.
Gone in the store because they have a sale on some shoes, and must say that they don't only have a nice selection of beautiful shoes, but they have a very neat and clean shop. The store assistant (blond hair) was very helpful and went to look for my size about 4 times. She is definitely an aset.

I was served by Sophie in the Belmont store on 16 Nov. Sophie was the only assistant there and the store was quite busy but she managed to help several customers at one time. She was calm and relaxed yet efficient with a warm smile and very pleasant manner. Top marks Sophie!
