75 I would have given 1 star but I waited to go a third time with Dr Zille and added 1 star. Why? The receptionist was very rude the first times I went there.
But the third time was ok. I feel like the doctors don’t really listen to you. I tried 3 times and my partner is loyal to Dr Cruz but I think I’ll be on the hunt for a new GP.
Shame though… it’s a nice clinic and today the 2 young ladies at the reception were lovely although she did make a mistake and I had to wait 10min with a newborn …
Appalling service. Do yourself a favor irregardless if you're taking your son or daughter or going for your own issues: find somewhere else that doesn't book you in at 2: 00 and keep you waiting over 30 minutes to see a GP for basic issues. The fact that this place now charges full fees and still can't keep to a schedule is shocking. Rude admins. Admin who was in today got up and walked out of the centre about three separate times while I was waiting, leaving the place completely unattended. Feel free to check your cameras. Won't be bringing my family here moving forward.

Very disappointed with Dr Zilly … went for appointment yesterday and was charged $90 for under 5 minutes. No blood tests, no investigations, poor examination and was more concerned if I was a miss or Mrs? Left the centre very upset. Been unwell for 4 weeks and spiking temperatures after returning from Bali. Will be finding a new Dr else where.
The receptionists are extremely rude, unorganised, unprofessional, and lack basic manners. I have never been spoken to so rudely in my life. This makes being treated here extremely stressful, and a waste of time. Changing the billing policy to stop bulk billing and not informing any existing patients about this a total joke, this and the lack of service shows how much the practice cares about its patients.
Dr Mafara Gweja is an absolut piece of work. Saw him after a car accident. He was so rude. He literally Ripped the arm band off my arm after taking my blood pressure. Didnt tell me whether or not i had whiplash and had no idea what else i needed to do. Threw paperwork at me and when i was done felt like he couldnt have cared less. Then to top that had to pay $140 just for seeing him and be treated like that. Would not recommend to my worst enemy!
Totally disgraceful people working there from Doctors to incompetent receptionist. Really disorganised people and medical center. Everyone seems incompetent and doesn’t know their job and we have to be telling what needs to checked. If you go there, you’ll just lose your money and gain nothing but more stress. I would never ever even walk by that medical Center now.
Doctors, Admin and Nursing Staff are awesome. We transferred over from Dr7 to this practice over 7 years ago.
Dr G D'Cruz supports our family and we are very happy with the service.

Who’s idea was it to put carpet and fabric chairs in a medical Center? The most unhygienic things you could ever use to trap germs and help spread them to other people. You should be using tiles and plastic chairs that you can mop or spray and wipe after.
Dr Zille Yasmeen just yelled at me for no reason I do not appreciate going to a doctors for help and them being a non empathetic psychopath saying what do you want & I don’t care about your health concerns who speaks like that very unprofessional she needs to loose her license I’m shaken up at her lack of people skills
Literally the rudest and most unhelpful receptionist that I have ever come across in my life (and I think this every time I speak to her). Why don't they hire someone that has people skills and empathy? Also, not knowledgeable at all. When someone has broken their arm, you would assume she can book an urgent care appointment and not 3 days later? !
Dr Gweja is one of the single rudest a-holes you will have the pleasure of meeting.the guy will rush your appt (even if you're sub 10mins) and doesn't listen to what you're saying in any case. Even if you're quick, expect to hear "one problem per visit".
Suggest seeking elsewhere for a competent GP as I now am.
Dr. G. D'Cruz was ver professional and informed me of the tests I needed to do. Highly recommend him.
Very unprofessional as came in today and told I have an outstanding amount due of $40. I asked what it was in relation to which is fair enough if it was for a missed appointment. However being the receptionist said it was for back in September last year. Being I have been back since…… how do I know that it is legit if not identified earlier? I think something is wrong and hence not confident of their system. Again does it relate to the whole service of the practice?
Rather desperate to know the results of an important blood test (pregnancy!). Then to be told I can't get in until Tuesday? (it's Thursday now) All I require is 5minutes on the phone with a Gp to put my mind at ease. Terrible!
I have seen many doctors and in my opinion Dr D 'Cruz really cares for his patients and I have never had to return to him to get clarity as always makes sure i understand what is happening before leaving and gives me extra information if need be.

Receptionist extremely rude, always running behind by at least 40 minutes. Allow more time for patients or stop over booking.
Very accommodating centre. Felt like I was put first as a patient. The doctors are all so caring and thorough and the receptionist are very understanding. Glad to have access to a place like this in Stirling.
Usually good experience every time visit, especially w Dr. Ying Heng. But Sunday is too slow (with other doctor). Book in at 2pm and wait till 2: 45 pm but still not my turn yet. Receptionist said would not be long just 5-10 mins more. I waited for 20 mins but not my turn still and I had to leave for work. No good experience on Sun service.
This is quite literally the most unprofessional medical centre I’ve ever been to. It is comical that Nova Medical Centre is still open given the service they provide & the below average medical advice they offer.
The reception staff were lovely on the phone and in the office. However, when I called and explained my symptoms they told me to come in and booked for the same day. When I got in to see the doctor, he told me that I should not have come to the surgery. He gave me absolutely no time, no examination, didn't seem to listen to my symptoms. I received confirmation of a negative PCR before I entered and did a RAT to be safe. This information was shared with reception staff and they said it was fine to come in. As it wasn't COVID, the doctor seemed to think no other illnesses exist. He brushed it off as a common cold without any examination at all. Didn't take my temperature or look at my throat. Yet still charged $70. I had to book at another doctors surgery just to get examined and treated properly. $70 for an appointment that lasted not even 2 minutes and did not help in any way, shape or form. Waste of time and waste of money.
