Norup+Wilson

From start to finish the team at Norup and Wilson have been amazing and very accommodating. We love our new home and highly recommend them to anyone looking at purchasing one of their apartments.

I purchased a unit from Norup and Wilson in December 2021 and have not been happy with the service. During the negotiation phase the Real Estate agent for Norup and Wilson promised us the world verbally in terms of having defects fixed before moving in. There were many defects identified which were communicated back to us in writing and assured us that these would be attended to ASAP. The builders went back in and fixed a couple of the issues but ignored the rest of them and actually claimed on a email presented to me with Sam Delaney that some of the items were fixed when in fact they were not. Email can be provided to anyone who wishes to see it. They contractually have until March 2022 to fix the problems which, when I chased for an update, they referred me to that clause. If you want to be able to move in and have all the defects sorted you may be waiting a long while from my experience. This has caused severe stress to myself and my wife to the point where we may have to seek professional help due to the stressed caused. When I raised this issues for a third time I was greeted by an email from the Norup and Wilson saying they will look into negative reviews for deformation isf deemed "unreasonable", see quote below "when we believe that the review is unreasonable then it’s crosses over to defamation which we naturally action appropriately. "

Whilst one negative review is not enough to warn the readers off a company and nor is it my intention, my personal experience has been very stressful and I would not purchase another property with them in the future.

Don’t be fooled by the clever marketing of low strata fees.these fees can double and triple in the first few years to cover maintenance and defects. Buyer beware
