Have used Northside Busselton on 3 separate occasions and found them to be courteous and responsive towards looking after our needs. Staff (George) so helpful. Went over and above to make sure my family coming over from eastern states car hire was ready and everything was done weeks before and also got in touch a few days before to make sure all was good. (As i stay in Perth and had booked it from there)

Best service ever! Amber helped us out with hire care at the last minute over long weekend when our own car repairs were delayed. She even gave me a lift down the road to mechanic when I returned vehicle. What a sweetheart!

My partner and I have used this car rental company twice and have been very pleased with the service they provide. We have a 6 person family, so hire the 7seater cars to go on road trips to Perth. They are very accommodating with the whole service. We will continue to use them.

This is a fantastic local hire company with friendly and helpful staff. They were able to accommodate out of hours drop off, which the other big hire companies couldn’t do. George was good at keeping in touch when the hire had to be unexpectedly extended. Rates are very reasonable too. I can’t recommend them highly enough for vehicle rental in the south west.
