Northside Rentals - Broome

We were very impressed with Daniel's obliging friendly service as well as our little Suzuki Jimny which was perfect for running around Broome. Nothing was a problem including picking us up from Broome Beach Resort and dropping us back at the end of the hire.

My family rented 3 dual cab utes from Northside Broome. Roughly half the cost of competitors at Broome airport.
They were virtually brand new Isuzu D-Max utes all less than 1,400km on the clock.
Phoned them from the plane on landing and were picked up within 10 minutes. Driven to their office about 5 minutes away to complete formalities.
One of the vehicles hadn’t been filled with fuel so we let them know and they were happy for us to fill it to the same amount at the end of rental.
The office staff were very friendly and efficient and provided wonderful service.
We paid for insurance through Northside to avoid being liable in full in the event of a single vehicle accident.
Will definitely use Northside Broome when we return to Broome.

Used Northside rentals for our 3 day stay in Broome. Found the service great, the Nissan x trail was just perfect for the family of 4. The free shuttle to and from the airport was so convenient. Would definitely book again, next time we are in Broome. Thanks

Quick, efficient & friendly service. Free shuttle to & from the airport is great (even when they were meant to be closed on a public holiday they still dropped us in). Affordable & nice cars (we got a 2WD which suited our plans, but would recommend a 4WD if you plan to go to places on unsealed roads).

Visited Broome for a short stay found that the bus loop service just gets around to the basics. For adventures further afield a car is needed. Thanks to Darryl and Bill at Northside rentals. Set us up with a great Nissan X-Trail at short notice. Also provided advice on where to go for a great look around. Northside also provides a great courtesy bus service to and from accommodation. Car was serviced well, clean and reasonably priced. Highly recommend this company. Will look to use there other branches for future car rental. Broom Locals Tip - visit the Broome Golf Club great bar, service and views ️️️

Great service and very good car rental prices. Contact Northside before you try the other car rental companies. You will save money. Pick up and drop off to your hotel or airport. All round very pleasant to deal with. If the phone goes to messages just wait or try again.

Exceptional experience with Northside rentals.
When being messed around by the airline with flight changes - Northside rentals were easy to deal with when making changes to the booking.
When our number of travelers changed they easily updated the vehicle to one that would fit everyone.
Easy, on time, pick up from accommodation and drop off at the airport via the shuttle. Great friendly office staff.

Very happy with the car and service from Northside rentals. Shuttle was waiting for us at Broome airport and no queue when we picked up the car, all very streamlined and quick, great value for money. Shuttle was there to deliver us back to airport at the end of the rental. All very easy.

Honestly the best car rental agency I have ever used. We hired a car for a family of 5 in Broome last week with less than 24 hours notice. One of the other well known Broome car companies wouldn't have anything to do with us because our hire was less than 24 hours away and the other major rental agencies were ridiculously priced. Northside were well priced and easy to book. The 100kms a day limit is fine if you are only travelling locally, but even if you exceed this limit, the price still makes it well priced. The Broome office were fantastic to deal with. Would use this business again and will use them when I travel to Perth also. Thanks for making the process so simple. The free shuttle bus to the airport is also a welcomed bonus!
