Customer service is too poor to hand out a star. Makes you feel like you are a disturbance rather than a customer. Their Ladbrokes deposit service was down and she was very blunt and rude while explaining why its not available. Its a common thing when Indians are owners and only employs Indians. Courtesy and politeness are not their strong suits.
Extremely rude people and customer service. Make their customers wait while they have conversations with each other then when they serve you they have conversations with each other again, completely ignoring the customers. Very little communication with me. When they did speak to me the tone of voice extremely rude. Another experience I walked away and went somewhere else, despite the fact she knew I was there before other customers she deliberately served them before me. I read body language, am very good at it too. Really not nice human beings at this place
Make sure you check your change, & don't be in a rush if you go here, slow service, rather rude, will start serving you then, distracted by other staff/customers/phone.
