With the help of the very wonderful Emily and Alex (pictured) the staff 2023 Xmas party went off a treat. Excellent food, great drinks but Emily makes this place and deserves a pay rise! Thanks guys, 2 years running, a definite winner here

I had my birthday here on the 5th of August 2023 at 7pm. This was quite a momentous birthday and I was made to feel very special by our hostess who was extremely attentive and kind and made sure I was not stressed out all with the timely flow of food and drinks.i definitely rate this venue as 5 stars to hold a function at.

Disappointed that NBC closed early. We were enjoying the beer tour, until we meet the rudest manager. Upon querying how NBC were going to honour their part of the contract, I was told I was the rudest customer. Granted I'm annoyed, at not being able to finish the evening, but I don't believe I was being rude. I simply wanted to finish the night with one more beer, and a tasty bite.

Anyway suffice to say, I'll not be attending NBC anytime soon. With a manager like that, I would find it difficult to enjoy the facility.

NBC has lost my custom. Pity, they have good beer there. Oh well, their loss.

Food is very average and grossly overpriced, a simple example being the pork belly bites for $18 which is extortionate, overall service at the bar was very lacking, food specials are not clear as when you get to the bar and pay its actually full price.

Walked outside for some fresh air and wasn't let back in by the security. Not sure what sort of power trip that is. I won't be recommending this place to anyone.

May the 6th, at roughly 5pmm I was served by Angel and her name happened to be Jasmine R, if I was the owner of this establishment I would be not only proud but honoured to have this amazing, work orientated and safety orientated person working for my business. Kudo to HR for hiring such a gem!

Daniel was an awesome bartender, was efficient and very pleasant and made our night at NBC. Highly recommend Daniel!

Good selection of food and drinks. Great service and a nice location overlooking the square. Lovely spot for a meal to share a few drinks.

Should have been a good spot for an afterwork beer with a couple of colleagues. Unfortunately we witnessed what appeared to be racist behaviour by staff towards a patron. Not acceptable.

We can see ppl wearing them inside when we pass by, why you have to make it hard for honest customers to come in and have a drink?

Use to like this place but not any more

Overall, overpriced for mediocre food. My party ordered the steak sandwhich (2x) and the fish while I ordered the chilli mussels which were a chef special that day.

The steak sandwhiches were only ok, but the chips were quite tasty. The fish was a sad sight as it was a meager two small strips surrounded by a sea of salad rather than being a decent sized fillet as the main attraction of the dish.

The chilli mussels were the biggest let down for me as they were quite notably absent of any chilli flavour, and the sauce appeared to be nothing more than canned tomato soup. I'm not sure if it is clear in the photo, but it appears that the "soup" is separating from the water that was mixed in with it. The bread was the only saving grace as it was nice and crusty.

Would not dine here again.

Planned visit, and a 2+ hour relaxing session at Northbridge Brewing today. Delightful.
Atmosphere is just so relaxed and pleasant, beers were delicious with so many options to choose from, and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
The food was amazing. Very happy with how this complimented our beverages today, and made our stay just so relaxing. Highly recommended!

Absolutely one of the best places! I had my birthday here and everyone was so lovely, professional & attentive. Food and drinks were great! I really recommend!

Terrible service, and far less exciting than many of the other offerings around Northbridge for grabbing a drink

Great place to enjoy a couple of drinks! The staff are friendly.
But it's not the best place to eat pizza, it's quite small and they put a really small amount of cheese, but the chips are always a good choice

Kinda rude staff, didn't feel welcome and when asked a question we were interrupted with a yeah before even finishing an answer

Firstly, the culture in this team seems very high towards each other, rubs onto customers so hats off to management but more importantly, well done to the staff

I bought more drinks cause of good music and happy staff - would like to shout out to the blonde lady behind the bar (sorry don't know her name)
