Absolutely horrible practice. Only good thing was the friendly and nice receptionist. The vet was cold and cruel and seems depressed like he hates his job. He turned away our sick dog who was having trouble, and he just looked at him, prescribed medication and shoved us out the door. Told us to get X-rays if he doesn’t get better by the weekend. He passed away the following day. How dare you call yourselves a vet. I put all my trust into believing him to be a professional. Im contacting the vet nurse surgeon board to have your license revoked. Go to Beechboro vet instead.

We took our staffy to this vet and when we got the the receptionist was very kind, but the vet was very cold.
My boy was shaking and nervous, but the vet treated him like he was just a number.
I wouldn't recommend this man to my worst enemy.

Dr. Meghann Leahy is very nice & patiently reviews my case. The reception is very friendly & handles the check in / out efficiently.

Absolutely amazing! This was our first visit and I felt comfortable from the moment we walked through the door and were greeted by the lovely, friendly receptionist. My very nervous and anxious 12yo Jack Russell has been muzzled and traumatised by other vets in the past. Dr Robley, with his calm and gentle nature was able to fully examine Nelson, without incident. Even describing him as well behaved. Definitely a very relaxed and easygoing experience. I will definitely be back.

I have no idea how this vet has this rating. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. My usual vet is swan vets and as noranda is down the road and it was an emergency I rushed my dog there AFTER speaking to the receptionist on the phone and she said NO PROBLEM trying being here in the next 5 minutes. I was there on time if not earlier. I waited about 8 mins only to have the vet come out and tell me they cant see my dog or if possible he may be free in 20 mins. MIND YOU THIS WAS AN EMERGENCY. HE SHOWED NO CARE OR CONCERN. I had to rush to swan vet. This cost me more time in an emergency situation. I own 2 huskies and both are 13 and can tell you NORANDA IS NOT THE VET TO VISIT.

Martin & Anna were very helpful recently when our schnauzer developed a nasty cough. Great advice and were aware of minimizing costs. We have been clients since the 80s & have always found them to be considerate in all ways.

Excellent! Took Paddy, our 10 week old Tenterfield Terrier for his 2nd vaccination. It was a positive experience all round. Good people!

Great vet. Doesn't charge the earth and always puts the animals welfare above everything. I won't go anywhere else.

First time taking my 9 week old puppy there and all went smoothly. The Vet was clear and to the point handling my pup with efficiency. Receptionist and Vet- nurse, Anna was very helpful and clipped pup's nails swiftly and without any fuss. Thank you to all at the Clinic.

Our pom had a broken dew claw. The vet took it off in an instant with just one little yelp. It's more painful and difficult to use anaesthetic so it was done without. Over very quickly and the dog didn't even bother to lick the paw afterward. Great result as the broken claw was causing a lot of pain. Highly recommended.

This practice was very good to me I do believe and then for the lady at reception to call me a cheat and lyer when she does not know me is very rude

Had emergency needs for a diabetic dog who was suddenly left in my care due to another emergency, she had also spent 2 days prior lost in the northern desert without any medication and the Noranda Vets couldn't have been more accommodating, helpful and professional.
They tracked down the usual Vet and ensured everything was attended to according to her needs.
I absolutely highly recommend the Noranda Vets, they went above and beyond to assist, all staff were amazing and made my experience and the owners totally positive while making KC comfortable.

Reallt lovely staff and took super good care of my pup for me! Huge bonus that the pricing is more reasonable than majority of places.

Cannot recommend this vet more highly! After being quoted $1700 just to sedate our cat with an injured eye so it could be inspected - we went to our trusted Noranda Vet and for a fraction of that cost he cleaned the eye, inspected, provided us a full treatment plan incl pain killers, anti biotics and eye drops and we could not be happier. The staff are lovely and it is evident they all care about the animals they treat and are not PRICE DRIVEN! We will never use another vet again.

Dr Rob was very gentle with our beloved cat Dusty who was18 yrs old he tried his best to cure her. Unfortunately it was her time to leave us he was very sympathetic, gentle and caring gave us time and didn't rush us to say goodbye. The nursing staff were also caring. Would definately recommend this vet for anyone's precious fur baby

I was so impressed with the personal compassionate service i recieved. Anna at reception was so heartfelt and comforting especially with my daughter. The vet was so genuine and did what was needed despite the difficulty of the act he performed professionally and confidently. The process was fully explained to me and in a way that I was able to understand.i was given all the time and privacy i needed and the paperwork and reports i needed were done in a timely matter. I highly recommend this vet and am confident they are experienced with any animal medical requests. Thank you anna and dr robley for going above and beyond xx

My 13 year old girl came in today for a teeth check up and honestly so relieved in how friendly and caring you guys are while being professional and affordable. I’ll be back for sure as I honestly loved the visit we had today it made me feel safe to come back with my baby.

Haven't been here just yet but its a place where you can take your pets to get them fixed so that's why a 5 star
