52Dr Sam Irekpolo is very thorough in his examination, provide great explanation and didn't rush during his consultation. As a result, I am able to make aware of my illnesses which I have never expected to be. I'm confident that I will get better and will be well looked after by Dr Sam Irekpolo till I fully recovered. Horrible receptionist - very rude and needs to go. Won’t be recommending this practice. I’m searching for a new GP for my father who has advanced dementia and she just rolled her eyes and was so disinterested. Then she threw some forms at another patient who walked in. What a misery guts.
Crystal is always very helpful. Dr Brink Dr Michael great doctors. I just hope they will get a female doctor very soon as great as Dr Christine Reid.
The doctor I saw was professional, and pleasant. The receptionist could do with some customer service training; she was kind to some patients and then rude to others. I am not sure if it was a bad day; that said, it seems reflected in other reviews.
The practice requires some love and clear signage. I was unsure the door I was opening was to the practice. The floors were stained and the space felt unclean and poorly designed.
On a positive, I was able to get in to see the doctor.
Dr. Michael Khalil is a best GP.he’s helpful and easy to talk to.

They never answer the phone. It always goes to voicemail. Made 2 appointments with Dr, booked time off work then they called to cancel 48 hrs prior. Doctors are good but whole set up is not good.
Dr Khalil and the other GPs have been my doctors since the practice opened and they have always been amazing, thorough and compassionate.
Understand people run late but it’s pretty bad service when you book an appointment for 8am and the doctor is 30 minutes late and the patients aren’t made aware of this. Better communication is needed.
The doctor didn’t show up until 8: 30. Maybe don’t use the Medicare money when doctors oversleep and treat patients like they don’t have things to do.
Edit: yeah just leave patients waiting in the dark because the doctor is stuck in traffic? Do you think all the patients live next door and walk to the medical centre? Are you threatening me with a law suit and asking me to send my details to you?
They have a really good doctor but the receptionist are not doing their job properly you book with the doctor and you go there for your appointment and you funds out that the doctor not in on that day and there excuses was that we have your number wrong but last visit they sent me a reminder on the same number they have
I was warmly received and treated with respect and professionalism as well as treated very nicely and felt really understood and the GP took the time to talk and create a friendly conversation as well as staying professional and helping me work on my health and improvement of it. I will recommend and come back to the practice for future GP services.
I just came to this med centre as I was not getting the care I needed at another practice and am pleased that the doctor osama found a way forward to my issues very happy

Customer services very friendly and professional, the doctor who saw me, he is an absolute gem! Very polite and with positive vibes! The Registered Nurse who gave me the booster shot = what a lovely lady! We had a nice chat while she distracted me (horrified of needles) she was quick and comfortable to be in presence with! Thank you so much! Ill definitely come back!

A great medical centre and I would highly recommend
I adore the receptionists, they work hard, cop alot of rude people and remain calm always. Dr. Brink was my doctor and was on time and efficient in his consults. Unfortunately, I have seen Dr. Coetzee who answered her mobile twice and I felt extremely rushed during my appt not to mention 1.5 hour after the appt was scheduled. I will try another doctor as I didn't feel comfortable or attended too properly after my concerns were told to Dr. Coetzee.
I had a appointment at 9: 30am on 4th of November, the receptionist shows lack of consideration that she purposefully '? ' / forget '? ' to let the doctor know I was waiting. I had to wait for an hour for 9: 30am appointment
I have always been 10 minutes early to appointments just to sit and wait for 45 minutes more at a minimum, also I have NEVER been able to contact them via telephone, which comes off quite unprofessional, especially when needing to contact them about certain issues.
I found Krystle very efficient and professional at her work. I recommend her to anyone as a receptionist.
Appointment 20 minutes late, drs office a mess with overflowing rubbish bin and pathology form for past patient laying around. First and last time there.
