I've been using Superflora shakes for over 12 months and I LOVE them - as do my kids, who I have to hide the packet from occasionally if I'm waiting for a replenishment shipment. I blend them up with some frozen fruit and whatever milk's on hand. They're delicious, filling and they've only got the best stuff in them because the founders really care about gut health.
