No Probs Plumbing and Gas

Daniel from No Probs came, found fault in our gas system and also booked Atco coming to our house. We didn’t need to lift a finger as it was all solved instantly.
They also found an issue with our dishwasher and booked it in with our property manager for it to be replaced.
Service was fabulous and they are very friendly!

Was informed of the $130 callout fee when making booking. Was told fee is charged if job doesn't proceed. Plumber fixed toilet seal in 20min for $205 on an unitemised Bill. Turned down the offer of a cistern service while job being done, now having issues with cistern that weren't present before. Used No Probs as recommended by a friend, won't use again.

New gas top installed by Zac. Was a difficult job, however Zac was very positive and did a great job.

I would recommend then to everyone. I've had them out twice for different jobs and their work has been fantastic and the staff friendly, they give great informed advice, are on time and clean up after themselves. 10/10

Did a repair to a leak in the incoming line, bad workmanship, the pipe came apart. Tried to talk to the company, but no response; they demanded money to investigate the problem even though I had already done the investigation and told them the leak was in the same spot.
Turns out that the fittings were not installed correctly... (?) a plumber?
Do not use them.

Daniel just fixed my water main pipe, that I butchered with the mower, in minutes. Top bloke, professional, prompt and everything else. Give this man a promotion.

We were very unhappy with the outcome of the service. We were charged $660 and the drain was blocked again within weeks. When we phoned to speak to them we were offered no remedy except to have them come back but we would be charged again. We ended up using someone else who fixed the problem in no time and charged significantly less.

Very pleased with the all round service. Quick, efficient, friendly, on time and professional. Recommend using the service to anybody with a similar need.

Previously used to replace a failing instant gas water heater. Good work done, premium price but great result. I came back to them for a quote to install a bathtub where I'd done all the prework for the job. The price was higher than expected, so there was no point talking further. Paid the call out fee and did it myself.
