No Mafia

After the good reviews I was disappointed with the main dishes. Below average. However, the antipasti were good and the wine really good.

Frankly, not impressed. We had two recommendations to visit so maybe we attended on a bad day?
Drinks to start, the Limoncelli Gin Fizz had no noticeable, limoncelli and less Gin and a bit of fizz, raised this question and were told thats the way it is. No extra Gin, big $ for what it was. The starters were another rip, very dry and old deep fried whiting and prawns smelled bad and tasted not much better. The main that was ordered for 1 out of the 4 of us was the wrong one but the staff insisted it was right, though the combinatiin they quoted ossa buca and gnocci was not even on the menu. They clearly did not know the menu and if this was a training day, customer service should be on the list too.
The mains were OK, but small, the Gnocci turned out to be the best of the bunch.
Many staff on board pestering us for extra drinks though we had made our position clear and then removing part finished wine.
Will I go back to try what I really asked for? No way, not worth the trouble or the money. No excuses as they were not really busy either.

Super evening, wonderful service, choice and atmosphere. Very well run, friendly staff, couldn’t have asked for a better evening. A great find!

The go-to place for amazing pasta. No Mafia has never failed to disappoint me in providing a fantastic meal. With a good selection of pastas, entres, wines, cocktails and deserts, you're bound to have a good time here.

The staff here are friendly and wont judge you if you mispronounce items from the menu (trust me its hard: D), plus you can tell they care about the service and ensuring you have a great meal.

The restaurant itself has a great ambience to it and is exceptionally cozy on the inside. Outside seating is great for people watching and getting some fresh air, but is more suited to couples as its bench seating.

I cant recommend this place enough, it is definitely a great place for casual or romantic dining.

Amazing food, wine and service. Our absolute favourite in Northbridge. Grab a seat on the balcony on a balmy night for some great people watching!

Kept Rob Broadfield's review in West Australian foodie page for several months about this place. Went Friday. Great. Had Gnocci Frito with Mortadella with Rocket. Fab. First time for processed meat in a long, long time. But delish. Followed with traditional Lasagne. Better than my late husband's, famous Graphic Designer. Les Mason. Plus 2 glasses of smooth as syrup light red from Sardinia. Staff happy in their work. So glad to discover. Doesn't make Perth seem so far away from everything. It's a repeat this place. 6 stars.

Great food and staff are great if YOU like some Italian dishes are absolutely delicious and desserts ARE GREAT

Love this little place for a drink and nibbles. A perfect place to sit outside on the little balcony and watch the world go past and chat for an hour or so. Music is always pleasant but not too loud, always a nice choice of drinks and friendly staff. Super nice!

10/10 We walked in without a booking but were lucky enough to get a table. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with menu choices. Everything we ordered was delicious and exceeded our expectations.
Drinks were quick and meals perfectly timed.
Restaurant was very busy but everything ran smoothly

I would give 6 stars if I could.

The gnocchi was perfect. They tasted like little pillows of potato that melted in my mouth. The cannolo was very tasty (I took the picture in the middle of eating it because I forgot) as well and I really like that they have the kitchen open later on the weekend.

The wait staff were so helpful and kind, they understood that I couldn't chew and relayed that to the kitchen so the meal was cooked perfectly for me. They were also really thoughtful about what I might be able to eat.

Food was so small for expensive price all the lady's that worked there were so demanding, rushed us and just rude will never come back here had the worse experience

Came here for the long lunch on Saturday. Was really excited for a taste of their food as I love Italian! The pasta was definitely al dente. I’m assuming it was unintentional, as to me it just seemed severely under cooked and awfully unpleasant to eat. I understand they were busy but I don’t think it’s an excuse to compromise the quality of their food. Tempted to return for a second chance as I really want to enjoy their food and it was extremely busy at the time.

I had higher expectations of this place, it was probably a hit and miss day being Tuesday. Overloaded in kale, but Dry, really thick pasta and sauce was pretty sour. I'd give it a 2nd try one day

Unfortunately after hearing good things about this place and looking forward to dining there it was the most disappointing place I have been to in a long time. My meal which was the lasagne was burnt and so hard that when you tapped on it, it sounded like a terracotta pot. There was parts that were edible but the burnt flavour was through the entire dish. I did eat around the burnt parts. Yes I did not have to pay for the meal as I complained but it was the fact that the dish was served like that in the first place, knowing that it was burnt is the main reason for this comment. If I had not said anything and just accepted the burnt meal then more fool me and others after for not speaking up and then to the restaurant staff and chef it then says wow it is ok to knowingly serve burnt food as customers just accept what we serve them.

Mmmm fairly yum. Good, but nothing to crazy rave about. Would eat there again if someone else booked it, would not book it again myself.

Wonderful food, service and atmosphere. Highly recommend No Mafia for a great evening out. Two thumbs up.

Highly recommend this place! A big shout out to the front staff that acommodated us prontly and made us feel special and another shout out to the kitchen, what a marvellous meal that was, if I were you, I'd get a taste of the ossobuco lasagna.

Will definitely be back, this time for some wine.

No Mafia is one of our go-tos for dinner. The food is delicious every time and the service is always super fast and friendly. Highly recommend the wild hog truffle salami and the snapper special

The food is pretty awesome, service from the lovely girl from Firenze was also top notch, friendly and knowledgeable of the mostly Italian wines on the wine list. Had a great time at dinner. It was busy too.
