For sure, he is very knowledgeable about his area, and the process of buying and selling, but it was actually his friendly, approachable, and gentle manner that made him different from the rest. Through the process of buying, Gus always listened carefully, without judgement, and was characterised by an ethical integrity and professionalism that was noticeable from the outset.
