I recently had a Panchakarma ayurvedic treatment at Dr. Dharita's clinic. I have a herniated disc in lumbar area. I found immediate relief from the kati basti treatment. It feels like a small reset. While it didn't fully heal the disc herniation, I had increased mobility and flexibility.
