Ningaloo Caravan and Holiday Resort reviews
69The park is pricey, possibly a legacy from busier better times. The park is well maintained and staff friendly. The bay out front of the park has not recovered from the natural event that decimated the fish and corral. The tour operators do make good with what they offer.
Disappointing experience. Customer service was horrible. We were told our room would be ready by a certain time, hours later it was still not ready. They said they would call us when it was prepared but then we had to go in and ask again before they gave us the key.
Great pool and restaurant area, cabins are also quite good, especially after a multiday camping expedition tour! Camp/van sites spacious but a bit dusty and hot, that probs can't be helped with the area and time of year tho.
Awesome (very new?) kitchen- almost too good to call a camp kitchen! Lots of benches, stoves, sinks & fridges as well as both inside & outside dining tables. The ablutions blocks were very new too & also excellent. The twin room I booked was a bit rickety, with thin walls & creaky floors but very clean & comfortable otherwise. Great location too with a restaurant nearby and not too far from shops etc. Highly recommend!
Great spot and includes 2 residential emu's. Park also has a restaurant called THE BBQ FATHER they specialise in Italian cuisine and bbq meat, the menu caters for all and includes wood fire pizzas, so eating out is hassle free.
We stayed here for a week in our camper with our young son. The park is lovely, the ammenities are clean and tidy. The pool is stunning and we’ll shaded. Will definitely be back!
Modest cabin overpriced as it seems all accommodation in Exmouth is. It was clean and fine for our needs. Wish they had a more proactive approach to recycling
We took a studio chalet. I liked the joyful blue and yellow decoration. It's new, clean. The kitchen has enough for cooking simple meals. Also a choice of restaurant, barbecue areas. Swimming pool of course. Located across the visitor center at the center of Exmouth. Forgot to take a picture.
Unbelievably bad. Booked ensuite rooms waaayyyy back in 2019 and we were all downgraded to ‘Queen’ rooms - apparently this nomenclature refers to the size of the bed and nothing to do with space or comfort. Queen rooms in this Resort (what a joke) access shared amenities. So 20+ bike riders stayed for three nights in low budget, road-frontage, paper-thin walled accommodation, with no running water, no beach towels, no face washers…definitely not the highlight of our circumnavigation of Australia. No hooks for jackets. Aircon sounded like a 767 coming in for landing (I suppose this somewhat muffled noise from the other rooms). One tiny country life soap for entire stay. No daily or even mid week service. Rubbish under bed from previous occupant including pegs. Sorry I looked.
Great location in the centre of Exmouth. Pool not too cold, staff friendly, site we got was adequate sized for our needs. Ablutions near us appeared to be new and well maintained.
We stayed in the caravan area, very friendly staff, Rachel went out of her way to give us 3 nights in the height of the school holidays.
Unfortunately not the greatest with dirt sites, constantly leaves and dirt blowing in. Was traveling with friends and they knew that when making a booking. So you would think they would put us together but no. Only one dump point for the whole park. But the amenities where nice and clean.
Great cabins fully equipped very clean.nice clean park with pool close to everything. Great place to stay
A pleasant, well set out park. Some sights are tight to get into. Like a lot of things in Exmouth, reasonably expensive.
The cavin room is not soundproof, the floor is too noisy. I woke up early in the morning to the sound of going to the bathroom in the next room. And the air conditioner doesn't control the temperature, so it feels like only a fan is on. The camp kitchen was clean and in good condition. Only downside is the condition of the room.
From the moment we stepped into reception we were met with beaming smiles and a warm welcome. Our studio was clean and well equipped very happy with everything
We really enjoyed our stay in a two-bedroom ensuite cabin, it was clean and comfortable and modern had everything we needed except for a coffee table and a frypan for our bacon and eggs. The shower was a very small triangulated configuration which was hopelessly small and uncomfortable.
Most of the staff especially the cleaners did a fantastic job.toilets and kitchen was cleaned daily and looked amazing. Family friendly we loved the pool.
Only little thing we were in the middle of young adult couples no kids around.but that is minor we enjoyed our stay thank you.
We arrived late and check in with the lock box was simple. Communication was great. The facilities available to us staying in the powered caravan section was luxurious. Close to everything and a great place for tours to pick you up. We would recommend this to anyone.
Rooms, Kitchen and toilets where spotless. Amazing service and the BBQ Father restaurant there is also must try if you there.
