Ning Kwong BBQ Chinese Restaurant

We ordered online. The pickup times were clearly specified as 4.30pm available. When we arrived at 4.30pm to collect, the person on the counter complained that my lady arrived on-time - not early, at the agreed time - and told her to arrange collection later next time as they had to "come in early to prepare our order". Badly trained staff.

Nice Chinese cuisine! Location is not too far from whiteman park, a good find after visiting the Motor museum at whiteman park. Friendly staff and food are of reasonable prices. Understood from staff that the restaurant has been around for 30 years, chef is from hong kong. Didn’t managed to take photo of all the food ordered as we are just too famished. =P Definitely a place to patronise for good comfy food.

I always buy roast duck and roast pork from them. Taste delicious. They're not always super busy so the service is fast.

When ive placed a order-special fried rice without prawns- really how hard n dont -allergies that react to choking point-also if u call that special fried rice had no flavor to it-dry just mud

You need to add more black sauce when we buy whole roast duck as not enough. Good Food but poor customer service the two young lady need to smile when serving to customers

Went there to celebrate a couple of birthdays. We were a big group of about 60. Considering we were such a big group they did well. The meal took over an hour and a half but it gave us time to catch up and connect. The food was worth the wait.

Been eating here for over 15 years - Everything is good - my daughter fav roast duck is the best here. Very good customer service!

Yummy food with reasonable price. Staff are very friendly and helpful. One of them served more pieces of watermelon after seeing my baby couldn't stop eating them. It's a child friendly restaurant. We always have good dining experience there. Highly recommended!

THE BEST ROAST DUCK EVER!
First came the pancakes, than the san choy bow and finshed off with a duck soup made from the bones. Absolutely amazing! If i could give more than 5 stars i would! Better than any resturant in northbridge and its better than any restaurant ive been to in asia.

I have noted over the last 18 months it hasn't been the same. It's hit and miss now days. I still think their food is great, but there have been (recent) times where I was annoyed or disappointed with the food. I think in the past I've had such good food from here, my expectations are now high. It is however still my favourite Chinese in the area.

This place used to be great, ordered the roast pork, and roast duck, the pork was so hard and dry, it's like it was defrosted form 2 nites ago and reheated for serving, the duck was also not what you normally get was stale and had a foul smell to it, never again.

I normally go to golden king for bbq and roast pork tried it from here serving was small and didn't compare at all.

If going for lunch special beware not the same as normal.
As per photo curry prawns not great. Little prawns.

Very Terrible service and rude staff, there is always a reason for poor business. DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME

Order three different noodle for lunch, was a terrible experience. My wonton noodle soup was served very fast, but wonton were not cooked at all. The whole bowl was really cooked instead of replaced. My mum's laksa noodle soup tasted disgusting, she left the whole dish behind. The water glass has some sticky stuff on it, was not cleaned at all. Hopefully I am not getting food poisoning, finger crossed. Will never go to this place again.

Wonderful food, great fast efficient service. Good wife range of selection. Exceptional soft crab with chilli, goat braised hot pot and satay. Will be going back.

I woke up at 3am feeling like i was dying from dehydration. I must have drunk 3L of water between 3 and 6 am, waking up every 20 mins to either pee or drink more water. My partner had the same deal.

BUT they have an awesome roast and bbq meat selection in the window. That alone rose the rating from 1 to 2 stars

Excellent customer service! Cheap and good food would definitely recommend this restaurant. Our friend bought a cake for my mum birthday today and they even have a cake stand for it. Thank you guys for making my mum special day great and with a big smile in serving our food! My first time to give review on a restaurant, you guys deserve it!
