Absolutely appalling service.
A staff member named Roxy. Is extremely rude and speaks to you in a very belittling manner.
Asked to speak with the manager and she flatly refused. Told

Booked online for a date and even received a text message the day prior as a reminder. I turned up in the store only to be told by a staff they don't do vaccinations/booster shots on Friday.

Put our scripts in so it would be easier for us to pick them up, they have misplaced our scripts more than once, which is completely unacceptable, as well some of the staff are quite rude

What a delightful experience.staff are all extremely helpful and considerate and the pharmacist went above and beyond to help me in my quest to source my medication. I will become a regular customer as will my family from now on. Thank you heaps

Service with smile but took long time than usual.
Paid $21.95 for prescription for the syrup for which we paid $5.60 in Chemist warehouse just 2 days before.
4 times more price they charged.
Otherwise store was clean and well organised.

I have been going there for years and if you require a helpful, knowledgeable, friendly staff - this pharmacy is the one.

My husband went to get the stat deck papers signed, they charging 2 dollars for each signature, which i don't think is the law. We had more papers to be signed, a pharmacy in Gosnells never charged us a cent there. Will never get any document in future to be signed here again.

Albert took the time out of his busy schedule to fit me in for a last minute flu vaccination. Can't thank him and the lovely staff enough.

The best chemist i have ever used the staff are friendly and very professional, but the main difference is simply good old fashion service that you just do not see very often yet this pharmacy provides it on a daily basis, i could not ever thank them enough for every thing they do for me and regularly go out of their way to make my life and my medicinal needs just that bit easier.

Got my regular perception here usually I pay charge $5.50 every where else. But they decide to charge $20 when my mother buy it for me. Call them up and was told they can charge any price they want. Bit disappointed and won't be buying anything from there anymore.

Our go-to pharmacy (right next door to our doctor's surgery). Pharmacists are so kind and knowledgeable and the pharmacy staff are very helpful and happy to spend time offering the right advice. Not the cheapest chemist in town but the customer service is right up there

This is the most friendly chemist I know. The chemists are informative and knowledgeable. The staff are eager to assist. I have been attending this pharmacy for around fifteen years and not had one bad experience. They are my Dream Team

I've been coming to this Guardian for years and all the staff and pharmacists are an absolute delight. My wife and I always receive the best service and they're always happy to help with any questions or problems we encounter. Honestly amazing.

Please update your information to reflect your opening times, there were two of us outside your door at 9: 50 last night, googling for another chemist that may be open.

A lady named ROXANA was very rude and short with me. I went there to purchase some baby formula. She came to me and asked me, “How can i help? ” She was nice at the beginning. I was asking for a specific fomula and she said “We don’t have that brand here. ” But I remembered i bought from there many times and it was on the shelves. Finally, i found it. And she said “oh you have very good eyes. ”

I paid with cash at counter and she gave me short change and i then asked her about my change and she basically and threw it at me with small coins and turned around and walked away without any apology. I will go to Chemist Warehouse next time because they have better customer service, more variety and it is even cheaper.

This pharmacy is way too overpriced and honestly don’t offer a better service to account for their heavily inflated prices. $25 for a steroid I can get for $11 somewhere else. I also paid $19 for a box of tramadol. I’m all for making money, but it’s actually disgusting charging that much for medicines that are just over $7 to buy in.

This is by far the best chemist to give the best advice about anything and everything. I always get the right cough medicine for my 8 year old here, they ask the right questions and then give you exactly what you need
