Nick Scali Midland were super easy to deal with from sales team to designing our own lounge, to payment and delivery. Communication was great and the product is amazingly comfy.

Really bad experience. Ceres buffet bought in January 23 delivered damaged and then the technician came to repair it was rude and made it even worse and I had to get a replacement buffet and was told by text that I would get it by August 23, then did get it delivered in April but the base was poorly made and had to be swapped with the original buffet base.
Console table was delivered in April incomplete and then the delivery guys badly damaged my door frame taking it out of my house.
When you try to ring the Midland store with the phone number on the invoice you are diverted to a customer call centre. Don't buy anything from this store.

Avoid Nick Scali by all means.
Brought in more than $10k of furniture.
Some of the staff are the next level non-helpful and rude once the purchase has been made.
Delivery times are very random and not in line what they said.
Delivered wrong items and non-responsive.

Disgusting customer service, half furniture was damaged and not even delivered yet and they now won’t come and pick up the half received and won’t refund. They blame warehouse and then warehouse blames the store and nobody does anything, I mention going to consumer affairs and DANIEL said that’s ok go ahead and HUNG UP THE PHONE… absolute joke. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Last year in November Black Friday sales we purchased a Levanzo dining table, tv unit and then a coffee table and statten stool. We got a great price thinking it was part of the BF sales (and not told that it was actually a clearance of stock). We picked up the coffee table and stool in January). Then we were advised that the tv unit was damaged in warehouse and there was no replacement except for the demo item Instore. Conceding that this will be our only choice for everything to match we accepted and we were told that we could get a better deal by a staff member as Daniel was away for several days. This was a lie, as we were told after contacted the store on numerous occasions that they don’t have the authority to give a better deal.
We were then contacted in the middle of February that also the dinning table has been damaged in warehouse. They also said they do not have a replacement in the whole of Australia. So we asked for a full refund on all items as we wanted a matching set.
We received the refund for table and tv unit. We said we will not be returning the coffee table and stool as it will be at our cost and inconvenience, but to get the refund it has to collected first. Told in email by Daniel we could contact warehouse ourselves to arrange. The warehouse had no idea what we were talking about, and it now has been weeks. Daniel then said over phone what are we talking about and the man from call centre said we can not contact warehouse directly and that this should’ve been all arranged by Daniel beforehand.we then contacted the service department and asked for confirmation of collection.
Worst customer service, will never deal with Nick Scali again, and would advise everyone to stay away!

I was tossing between customizing tv units for theatre and living room looking for 1.8-2.6m units while worrying about costs at the cabinet maker. Decided to have a look at Nick Scali and found the pricing great and affordable. Took advantage of a Spring sale. The quality is very good. Heavy and great quality woods like oak and Spanish gum to name a few. The sales personnel, Miss Sumita is excellent. She is very polite and had extensive knowledge pairing colours of my existing furniture. She also gave ideas on how to decorate the void space by putting plants or lighting. She helped narrow down for the tv unit and console I needed. She looked at my plans and went through the pictures of furniture I had to allow a flow neutral colours throughout. She was not pushy at all and showed me all the pieces they had, one by one. Very happy customer. I am glad I dropped in to Nick Scali today. No need for custom made furniture and I saved heaps of dollars as I am building. I highly recommend coming to Midland's massive showroom.

Purchased a couch from nick scali midland in December. The couch cost included a care package and delivery. Because we live in Busselton we aren’t able to get the care package or delivery because it’s outside work the metro area which is FINE but I am currently trying to organise to get the couch delivered to a transport company in the metro area to then be transferred to Busselton. However; nick scali are requesting we pay the driver cash at the transport company for the metro delivery. I am finding it hard to understand why now we’re paying for delivery in the metro area, why it has to be paid cash and how there is no other solution. We’re paying full price for this couch and already can’t have the free delivery and care package. We have been told so many different things from all the employees and I am becoming increasingly frustrated with the whole experience. 6 months for a couch to arrive and now having to organise this from working away is an absolute nightmare. Honestly I would recommend going elsewhere rather than dealing with these unprofessional, unorganised muppets.

No bedroom furniture although they are on website. What I mean is that the midland store has no bedroom furniture. The website doesn’t say that this is the case.

Don't bother, I purchased a lounge in July and the sales rep said 2 to 4 weeks delivery.once deposit paid, then was told at least 2 months, then after 2 months was told october, it has now been over 4 months and no idea where lounge is or when it will arrive. Don't waste your time unless you want furniture next year.

I would shop elsewhere unless you don't mind poor customer service and a 6 month wait for delivery. Was promised a 8-12 week delivery on purchase and took twice that time to arrive. No communication on Nick Scali's side and the salesman I was stuck with was super unhelpful and clearly didn't care about my queries. Be warned that you will refused your deposit back even if your couch doesn't arrive within the agreed upon time.

We purchased a couch from Nick Scali in November 2020 for about $3800 and received it in March 2021.

The delivery people did a good job delivering and assembling the couch. However, Nick Scali refuses to allow its delivery team to take the huge boxes and packaging for the couch with them. I have no way of disposing of this garbage that they dumped on my property, so my driveway is currently unusable. Nick Scali tells its customers that recycling is their responsibility.

I was not warned at the point of sale or in the delivery SMS. The salesperson Scott in Midland was rude and unhelpful when we called to resolve this issue. Totally unacceptable, will not recommend!

I will never shop at Nick Scali Midland as long as I live I tried to cancel a order last month and they are now refusing to give back my money even when the products are still sitting on the show room floor, I cancelled my order 3 days after the purchase was made, meaning I would lose $45 cancellation fee as written on the purchase document which is fine and I’m happy to pay but now it’s nearly been a month of going back and forward with them about my money, the staff at Nick Scali Midland have no professionalism and I’m currently getting legal advice to resolve this matter.

Love the range. Staff is super helpful, very patient and understand your taste and preferences. Tons of modifications available. And if you're anti-leather like me, every leather model is available in fabric. Must take a day out to explore and pick the model of your liking. HAPPY shopping y'all.

My husband and I went the Nickscali in Midland yesterday took us 3 hours there couldn’t decide what we want, Rima spent 3 hours with us to help us choose whats best for our new house. She’s very lovely lady and has a lot passion! We have had very good service from her and the manager team. We’ve purchased our dream sofa and a set of Provence
I recommend this shop not just very high quality and also very friendly staff. I won’t spend so much money if I don’t get the best service in here. So Rima 5 stars for you.
