I was walking upstairs to my home addition which was put on some 8 years ago & I must admit it still looked brand new & I never thanked the guys from Nexus who did a great job, so many thanks to Matt & Jeremy, highly recommend these guys.

We used Nexus for a second story modular renovation with the pods constructed off site and craned into place. This was a fantastic way to add the space we needed as the disruption to our day to day lives was minimal. Everything was efficient and highly professional largely due to the incredible work of Jeremy the site manager. His experience meant he could offer ideas and solve problems ensuring that the whole process was stress free.

We have had a great experience with Jeremy and his team from Nexus. They have been professional and helpful. They added a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom modular onto our existing home in North Perth. Timing blew out a bit towards the end, but overall we have been happy with the experience.

Matt was patient and helpful through the design and planning process and allowed us to add as we thought of new ideas. Jeremy was a
very friendly, easy going site manager. He always discussed any issues, found solutions and communicated very well with us. So glad he was assigned to our build. All the tradies were very respectful, friendly and worked hard.
We would highly recommend Nexus and appreciated the modular style of renovations which allowed us to stay in our home and reduced onsite work. We are loving the extra storey, new roof, alfresco area, carport and updated gable window. So much more space and has improved our lifestyle.

We couldn’t be happier with our second storey addition by Nexus. It is so spacious, stylish and perfectly complements our 1930s bungalow. The team were friendly and helpful, and Jeremy went above and beyond as site supervisor to ensure a smooth and efficient installation.

We can’t praise Nexus enough. We had them install a modular second storey as well as major downstairs renovation and extension. From the first meeting to scope the project to the last bits and pieces the whole team were exceptional and highly professional. They dealt with all of the bumps that came up - COVID, supply chain issues, a construction boom, and an 1890s house with interesting quirks.

Nexus truly leant into their ‘custom designer homes second to none’ tagline by letting us choose and customise…everything, every last detail. We couldn’t have asked for a better and more knowledgeable partner in the project. The team brought impeccable professionalism, great contacts in the industry, and were wonderful in helping us work out how to achieve even our maddest ideas.

We have recently put on a second storey extension onto our home with Nexus. We added 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making our 3x1 a 4x3 with a second living space.
We considered doing this with a different company a couple of years ago and had a terrible experience.
But Nexus have been amazing!
Matt actually listened to what we wanted and was realistic from the get go about prices and expectations. And the team came up with a design that suited our needs perfectly.
Our on-site manager, Jeremy has been awesome - he is very experienced and knowledgeable, but also a perfectionist and extremely proactive.
We have lived on site throughout the reno with two young children, and it has been almost easy! All the tradies have been friendly and professional and almost everything has been completed well within the anticipated 8week on-site time frame.
I would highly recommend Nexus. We have had a great experience and we are very happy with our end result!

We are just about to embark on the construction phase, however wanted to give a shout out to the Nexus team for their professional engagement so far. Both Georgia and Mike have been excellent to deal with.

In particular, Mike has been super responsive in addressing our queries, nothing is too much trouble and he demonstrates a great general knowledge about the build. There are a couple of non-typical aspects of our build, and for the details Mike didn't have immediately to hand, he has interfaced with the engineers and sub-suppliers, and responded quickly and thoroughly. A great example of customer focused approach.

Looking forward to a smooth build, if the engagement so far is representative then I reckon we are well on our way.

Nexus is the best in the business. We had a second storey added a few years ago and it was the best decision we could have made to appoint Nexus as the builders. They are professional in everything they do. We are still getting comments on how good our addition looks. Take the time to view our addition in Highgate and you won’t appoint anyone else to build your addition. Nexus recently built us an extension on our 1930's home which finished up a month or so ago. This consisted of a new kitchen, living, dining, master bedroom, ensuite, WIR as well as some adjustments to the old part of the home, converting the old kitchen into a bedroom and a remodel of the original bathroom. The project overall only took 8 months.

We are extremely pleased with the design process and more importantly, the build itself. We can't speak highly enough of our Site Supervisor, Wayne - nothing was ever too much trouble (and we are particular!).

His communication was fantastic, as was his attention to detail - We completely trusted that he had everything under control (and he did). He was always happy to answer questions, explain things we didn't understand and totally understood our vision for the project, coming to us with things he thought we may not be aware of or would want to know as part of the process along the way.

We absolutely love our new home and would be more than happy to recommend them to future customers.

We have a part 2 planned for a few years time, and will be back asking for Wayne!

We did a home renovations with Matt and his Nexus Team about three years ago and recently with the rains I found a leak on the second storey where the tv antenna was fitted. Although well out of any warranty period, just one phone call and they came out and fixed it. Great after sales and build customer support. I would recommend using them to anyone, just such a great company and down to earth crew

We would highly recommend Nexus. We engaged them to add a modular second storey and partly renovate downstairs. They were very engaged and helpful from the start.
Our supervisor Jeremy was communicative, always willing to listen and never pushy. I’d be lying if I said there were no issues along the way - I doubt there is ever a build that doesn’t have issues - but what was important was that Jeremy made sure that the issues were sorted, including ones that weren’t necessarily attributable to Nexus. When prices were rising across the industry Nexus was not difficult about it. We are very happy with the result.

The whole team at Nexus have been fantastic and we highly recommend them. We have really impressed with the whole team from our initial meeting with Matt, selections with Georgia and Jeremy having everything running smoothly and was a great communicator. Thanks Nexus:)

Jeremy and the team have been amazing with our second storey addition. The process was a little bumpy (thanks to some unfavourable weather) but the response from the team to smooth out the process has been fast and efficient. The team that works on site are so lovely that it's like having an extended family (the good kind) for a couple of months.

The process from design to build has been super easy and we are very happy with the results. We would definitely recommend Nexus for home renovations.

Months after our second storey extension we are still pinching ourselves and singing praises to Nexus. We have people regularly pass our house and comment that they can't believe how our little 'Ugly Duckling' has been transformed onto a beautiful home. The biggest factor that sticks with us about Nexus is, not just the extension is magnificent, but we felt confident we could trust them every step of the way. It is truly a company made up of great, approachable and knowledgeable people. Somehow, they have managed to curate a bunch of people that are kind, have people skills and get the job done! Fantastic company to work with and we are beyond happy with the final product; a 4 pod modular second floor. Everyone at the company is extremely friendly and it's great to be a phone call away from the owner instead of being just another number for a larger firm. Very impressed they didn't over reach during the pandemic and we felt spoilt having Jeremy as the go-to during the onsite works as he seamlessly navigated a hectic schedule. Highly recommend them!

Today we started with a single storey house by midday we had a gorgeous second storey! Unbelievable lift 4 pods two trucks 1 massive crane - all in two hours. Nexus you continue to deliver - highest quality and to plan; deserving of 10 stars this company is the best! Look no further for pod installation.

We would like to thank the entire Nexus team for the outstanding work done extending our tiny house into a spacious family home. The second storey addition looks fabulous, and ties in with the existing house as though it has always been there.
