Great GPs, staff, location.

However they are chronically behind for every appointment - even those at the very start of the day. Delays for upwards of 45 minutes at 9am are not uncommon in my experience.

I cannot fault Grove Medical, the doctors are all so lovely, the practice is always clean, tidy and calming. I love that it doesn't seem like you're in a drab medical clinic, the styling is well thought out and I love that they play music and a few finer details like water and tea for clients. There is also a Western Diagnostics on site now which is so convenient.

I have been seeing Dr Roz for a few years now and she's honestly one of the best GPs I've ever seen. Her bedside manner is amazing and you can tell she's invested in her patients. I've recommended Dr Roz and Grove Medical to so many friends in the area.

Very thankful to find such a great practice, with such warm and welcoming staff. I can't recommend Dr. Emma Smith enough!

Dr Naz Khan is an amazing doctor, she always listens and gives amazing advice. Highly recommend seeing Dr Naz.

I usually see Dr Roz Alexander who is first class - punctual, very caring but professional and efficient. I have also found Dr Therese McLaren to be equally good. The whole practice is really well set out and all the staff are well trained, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Best medical centre I have ever experienced.

Disappointed. I came here after doing some research because I wasn't comfortable with a previous GP that I'd had to move to. All I needed was a prescription. When I got to the pharmacist the next day they told me that this GP had give the script a medicare approval number, and would cost me $180 (as opposed to the usual $7 from health care card). I came back to the clinic to fix it, and they told me they wouldn't put it through medicare because the medication is used for smoking cessation, when everybody knows it's used off label for other needs.
I waited a week to see a doctor here, and am now out of medication until I can go back to the previous GP next week.
It's tough to find a good GP. It's just like any other job in any other industry, you have to sort through the dross.
Irresponsible is the kindest word I can use here.

Why doesn't the practice adapt to own technology instead of profit gouging

Dr. Jonathan at the practice provided an incredibly positive experience by skillfully removing a big pea from my toddler's nose. His warm and reassuring demeanor instantly put us at ease. He attentively listened to our concerns and swiftly assessed the situation. With expertise and a gentle approach, he effortlessly extracted the pea without causing any discomfort. Dr. Jonathan's professionalism, care, and expertise made the process smooth and stress-free. I am immensely grateful for his exceptional service and wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone seeking medical assistance.

Our baby has been to see Dr Jonathan Tan several times now and I highly recommend him. Dr Naz Khan was also great with him. Wait times have been minimal. Very pleased with the service at this practice.

Dr Roz Alexander is a truly amazing GP. She is very kind, understanding and knowledgeable. She always takes the time to fully understand my concerns and provides very thorough treatment plans and follow up.
The receptionists have always been very helpful and friendly.
The practice building itself is lovely and modern, with plenty of parking.

I have moved back to Perth and I couldn't get into practice or have phone appointment (couldn't afford new fees) and they declined me my medication I needed.not impressed

Dr Stevens and the staff at Next Practice are incredible and you can tell they really care here. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Where to even start. Dr Roz Alexander has been my doctor for over a year now and she is absolutely incredible! Every time I see her, I leave feeling confident and so happy. I always come home to my husband telling him how much I love her as a doctor. She is definitely my doctor for life and i’m about to have a baby, and she will definitely be his doctor too. Can’t recommend her more highly! Thank you for everything Dr Roz! Please never leave!

If I could give 10 stars I would! The care that my young son receives from Dr Roz Alexander is exceptional. She is such a happy, kind and considerate GP who makes visits enjoyable. She listens to your concerns and her knowledge and expertise is outstanding! Highly recommend Dr Roz!

Great clinic. The atmosphere is very calming with a modern layout and beautiful music. They even have tea available in the waiting room. The receptionist was very pleasant and the GP I saw, Sean Stevens, was more knowledgeable and informative than any GP I have seen. However, if you have mental health issues I would steer clear of Penny Wilson. Mental health patients need a doctor you can trust to be open and honest with, be understanding, and help you rather than be judgemental and hinder you. Penny Wilson can't be trusted to be honest to. She creates unnecessary problems.

Fantastic experience here with Dr Dillon for myself and my children. So caring and takes the time to follow up on issues that this is my new dr's surgery for our family going forwards.

Dr. Sekhon displayed great professionalism and empathy when aiding me through a difficult time in my life. Great practice from the doctors to reception staff.

I met with Dr Elizabeth Kerr, and I can say honestly, this was the best experience I’ve ever had seeing a GP, Dr. Kerr was extremely knowledge, very kind, very calm and open, and really took the time to provide information but then also reassurance about the process and that everything is going to be okay!

I got Bloods done in the clinic and the didn’t even feel the needle, and the attention to detail was so impressive, then on leaving they applied my Medicare discount right there! Straight to my account.

I can highly recommend Dr Elizabeth Kerr at Next Practice for anyone who is nervous to see a Doctor, or hasn’t been in a while, or anyone who needs a bit of extra special care
