The experience and staff were nice. It’s just that my expensive AirPods were lost (or what we have thought have been stolen) and they didn’t put much care into it: (

Worst experience- safety is not considered, basic thing as hand gloves are not provided to kids, zip line slops are such that kids stuck up and start crying to get attention of staffs, poor staff response,

My daughter got her finger in zip line yesterday with major skin damage and staff are not aware of any first ed response as well, they will just show you first add box.

Worst experience and poor management of incident.

Fantastic place for the kids, we took our daughter and she had a wonderful time. Very well set up and time flys by. When someone got stuck (not me) the centre team stepped up to the plate to help out, they were very professional and caring and friendly. Keeping them calm and relaxed well done and thank you for your support, if you coming through or staying in the area pop in and have on go it well worth the money. Thank you again to the staff for your support we will be back

Awesome place for kids and adults! We had the best time doing the obstacle courses and zip lines. Staff were very attentive and helped the kids when needed. Highly recommend!

Awesome first experience. With kids aged 4,10 and 12 yrs old there was something for everyone… staff super friendly and very welcoming.

Absolutely brilliant!
Couldn’t love this place any more. So well set up for kids of all ages and confidence levels and the guys that run the safety are incredible. Such great staff and so attentive and helpful but also really encouraging to anyone who feels stuck!
Even though we’ve been four times now over the years the kids did not want to leave the stunning bush setting after their two hours was up and I don’t blame them! This place is a child’s adventure paradise.

Our family of 15 (including 5 kids aged 4-8) had a fantastic time at Next Level Monkey Business. The facilities were great - safe and catered for families of all ages. Harnesses, ropes and all equipment were in excellent condition. The courses are fun for both adults and kids.

But the stand out feature has to be their staff, especially Jackson and Brendan. These two gentlemen are worth their weight in gold - not only did they look after all of us from a safety perspective but they genuinely took an interest in our kids and family. They went above and beyond their jobs to make sure we had an enjoyable time.

I hope their owner knows how awesome their staff are!

We’ve been here a few times over the years when we visit Dunsborough. Each year it’s a fantastic day out for kids and bigger kids (adults) the staff were extremely helpful this year with our littlest boy who had some confidence issues at the start. Huge focus on safety and fun. Thanks so much to all the staff. We had a great time, will be back again

Came here with my partners children last week and we loved it! The staff were truly brilliant and very helpful. Some of the harder courses were challenging and gave us a good workout. Highly recommend

We took the whole family. There is fun for everyone here, some high zip lines and easy stuff for little kids. There are about 8 courses, Including a 100m line across the creek and some harder obstacles. If you’re just watching you can wander around the grounds with a camera to film your family. There’s a small kiosk but take water if you’re going in summer. Well worth it! The photo only shows a tiny part of the courses.

Great patient service and well maintained joint. We were a group of 8 with 4 kids. This is a great spot for both kids and adults. Kids absolutely loved the zip lines. This place caters for all levels from beginners to experts. We will be visiting this again when we’re are back in WA.

Very impressive and well run business, which my kids absolutely loved. The staff have great attention to detail and safety and seamlessly build rapport with participants while having fun! The young staff members are extremely knowledgeable, respectful and attentive. This place is a breath of fresh air. Five stars.

Kids had great fun climbing and zipping all over the place. Two hours is great value. Friendly and helpful staff.

This was a lot of fun. The age guides are accurate and the 4+ will challenge the skill of most kids up to 7/8, it also allows for a slightly higher based course for those over 135cm but not able to do the 9+ course yet. The zip lines are a heap of fun and I found that the 2 hours went in the blink of an eye. My kid was asking to stay and come back again. It's easy to spend a day in the area with Clancy's fish pub and the animal farm so within a few hundred meters of each other.

We had the best time! My boys are 7 & 4. My youngest had an absolute amazing time he could “do everything myself “ he navigated the course so well, staff were fantastic, friendly & very kind when he was a little slower than others. My 7yr old went off & just had a blast. As adults we enjoyed ourselves as well! It came highly recommended from a friend & I’m so glad she did!

Maybe just the wording in the safety demonstration could be changed? Just the sentence of “stop you from dying “ as my kids did get a bit of a fright. I know it’s meant as harmless fun, but for some kids or people with a fear of hights that could make or break the experience
All and all we had a great time!

Unfortunately I found the customer service to be extremely unhelpful when we needed to change a booking. The owner was rude and offered no suggestions to assist with our situation. I was left feeling frustrated and lost trust to use this online booking system again.

We took our 2 Grand-daughters aged 6 and 9 and what an experience for both of them. They thoroughly enjoyed the whole 2 hours spent there zip lining, climbing, rock wall climbing, rope climbing. They felt safe as they were in complete harness gear with a helmet too. We felt safe watching them as well. What a great business this is and would recommend to everyone of all ages.
