Big girl has a big attitude so rude, staring issue that needs to be fixed and the girl with longgg hair always gives dirty looks or maybe it’s just her face. The lady with short hair was absolutely lovely always smiling greeting customers she was very welcoming, pretty sure she’s new, good job for hiring her!

There were two staff at the desk when I visited to return a Foxtel box. Both were wearing very casual street clothes (okay) and no name badges (not okay). They did not introduce and welcome with a name, but instead were short. I do not believe they have had any training.

One was on their phone scrolling for a number of minutes before seeing me. She did not speak a word the entire time.

The other was clueless and useless, and very sarcastically informed me I was wrong when I showed them the correct information. After she then realised that I was not wrong. She repeated herself saying "I do not know what to do, I haven't had this before". She had no interest in helping.

The shop itself appeared to be clean, though a little small.

Went here to return an amazon order as they are a parcel point store. Told her i am returning an amazon order and amazon has sent a barcode for you to scan to print a label how ever she had absolutely no idea what i was on about and said 'Well i have never done it that way before' even showed her on my phone what needs to be done. Ended up walking out with no help

Very rude staff and manager. Would not accept responsibility for loosing my package. Manager said he would call Parcel point for the them to clear the system yet NewsExtra had signed that they have received the package. Lack of integrity and outright rude!

Horrible service the shop is getting worse by the day overpriced and horrible service from staff. Not what it used to be.

Run down and appear to be running down stock lines in preparation of closing. They always stock the latest popular magazines and papers but the rarer magazines may have three ancient back issues from a couple of months ago and nothing new. Plus the usual smokes, remaindered books, stationary and assorted gift lines to go treasure hunting in

After waiting approximately 5 minutes for the previous customer be served, I was then blatantly left waiting while the man member of staff in his 30’s approx.proceeded to serve another customer who had just arrived! Why? This is not the first time this has happened, absolute ignorance and zero customer service skills! Will never give them another cent.

Amazing spot for fruits and veg! And other stuff. Absolutely love the " spud shed"! Awesome value!

Helpful staff and good range of exactly the sort of things you would hope to find in a newsagents, the service is excellent

If your not happy in your job you need to let someone else work there who willgive good customer service

Friendly staff always eager to assist with questions. Very welcoming environment and quick service.
