Your reception staff No friendly, I think some new ladies they dont have patience how deal with person, but all doctors was great experience,

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Muad at Newpark Medical! She provided great care for my eczema and I'm seeing improvement already

I waited an hour an a half after the appointment time in waiting room for appointment and when I asked how many people were next they said I was next about 7 people proceeded to go through I asked again if they still was going to see me and they said they found it very abusive that I have asked how long and I was kicked out all this after booking the appointment 3days beforehand and being told after I went to another practice I had septis and could of died

I have appointment with doctor no one call me about my appointments that my appointment has been canceled. When I reached to medical center. Receptionist told me your appointment is canceled and they try to call me. Even i show her that I received an email and message that i have appointment. But she didn’t listen to me. I was so upset never go over there again

Great Doctors and great staff We have been seen by most of the doctors there over the years and found them very compassionate and understanding to our problems.

In this economic crisis, all the pesioners and health care card holders are struggling more with their health. But the doctors here trying to make more money of them, by charging everyone $ 65 just for consultation. Hey Doctors! Is this called humanity? Thank you so much for your help!

Been a patient there several times. Worst experience ever. Receptionists and doctors are rude, abrupt, condescending, judgemental, etc, etc. Unprofessional. Would not recommend to anyone.

The whole place has gone downhill since the changeover, can never get through on phone or when U do it's there fax, miss Leanne and alison place ran Kool then and I've been a patient there for 8years, b changing soon

They switched to bulk billing 1.03.2022. Received a bill for my visit of $110 which I paid via direct deposit with reference to the invoice and my name. Now they are sending myself statements asking for payment. I called them and they say they can't verify that I have made the payment into their account two weeks later.
I had a referral from my podiatrist for a scan on both feet yet the doctor at Newpark put only one foot on the image request so now I have to get another image request for the other foot.
On my Chronic medical condition plan, the doctor at newpark said that she would refer 3 visits to a Physio, but only put two visits to a Podiatrist.
I had an appointment for 8.30am and I sat in the waiting room for nearly 30 minutes before the staff told myself that the Doctor was sick and cancelled my appointment.
$110 up front is a lot of money for a medical centre that gets it wrong so frequently.

Couldnt get into my normal doctors but got into this place on short notice. Ladies at the front were friendly but doctor Patel was extemely unprofesional and rude strugling to give me the help I needed as a sick patient. Maybe this behaviour is acceptable at a bulk billed practice not sure though I would rather pay money for a quality service and get proper help. Finally got into my usual doctor who told me I was given unnesesary medication.
Will not be returning.

Patient and knowledgeable desk staff, great doctors who listen to your concerns and answer questions in plain English rather than doctor speak.

“The reception staff at this practice are either incompetent or have not been trained on clicking a button when a patient arrives. I have waited multiple times now for longer than an hour to be seen and the GP states that they were not aware I had arrived and hence skipped seeing me. I would only be seem because I would complain to reception who obviously then realise their mistake. I understand this happening once but not multiple times - this is just absurd. I will not be returning”
