Avoid! Initial planning was great.
Payed extra to get ground leveling before lawn was put in, not level at all our lawn looks terrible bc of it rocks we’re still left and lawn layed straight over top
The placement of sprinklers terrible all that money spent to be very disappointed in the end

NewGround installed a Full updated reticulation system for The City of Vincent at one of the sports grounds without any interruptions to
the sports club and reinstated all sand and turf to the trench each day. The lateral pipes were dragged through the ground causing minimal disruption to the praying field. All the staff were helpful and professional. After many years of doing large reticulation installs myself and working with other contractors doing large install i have never seen a job done as well as NewGround have done i would recommend them to do installs.

Had newground install new irrigation on my large property last week, they showed me their new way poly ploughing so the piping goes under my existing turf to prevent digging through my perfect lawn and I have to say I could not be happier, very professional, great advice and attention to detail, I did have to pay a little more to have the irrigation installed with the plough but 100% worth it as you can see, my lawn was basically untouched and I don't have re-turf or topdress. Great work guys highly recommend

Planning stage was fine and so was the lady doing it. The timing wasn't even bad considering the climate of business due to Covid atm and building boom etc.

The planting, mulching, placement of the drip sprinklers were all terrible. Even ran out of mulch and said they'd be back asap. Took us to contact them over a week later for them to come and just move mulch from one side of our garden to the other. Not new mulch, they literally just moved mulch that was already in our garden to the empty spots. None of the drip sprinklers were in place or facing any of the plants they were supposed to be watering.

We also didn't get the reticulation system that was sent to us in the email and plans provided. And when I questioned them about it, I just get a basically blank email just including the manual for the retic system we did get. No explanation as to why or whether this system was more or less expensive.

After the planning stage, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone to do anything to their garden.

My experience with newground residential for my landscaping was very poor. The customer service and communication once payment was taken became basically non existent. The planning process was smooth, there was a long wait but that's to be expected in the current climate but when it came to install it all came to a halt.
All communication when it came to the install was only made when I followed up. The install team then broke the latch on my new gate that had only been installed for a week and ignored any correspondence relating to this so the repair came at my own cost. No communication or instruction was left on how to use the retic or care for the plants installed, 5 missing plants in the garden that still have only empty pots almost 3 months later despite an email saying they had been sourced and would be installed that week on the 29th of July.
If this is the business your estate uses for their landscaping I would be asking what other options are available.
