If I could post a zero I would, super rude, super expensive and PURPOSELY ruined my suit by bleaching it - disgusting - then blamed me?

Thanks, I'm so pleased with the quality of my dry cleaning and my winter blankets are now all fresh and clean ready to be packed away.

New Look Dry Cleaning exceeded my expectations with their outstanding professional service. The team's knowledge and expertise in garment care were evident in the excellent results they delivered. Not only was the service top-notch, but the pricing was reasonable, ensuring great value for money. Moreover, they were punctual with the delivery, providing a seamless experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making the overall process a pleasure. I highly recommend New Look Dry Cleaning for their exceptional service, expertise, value, timeliness, and approachable team.

Very very expensive for dry cleaning. I can’t go back due to price but the service was fine

Overpriced by 30%. Closing time of 3pm inconvenient. Business will fold in the near future if attitude remains.

This was such a disappointing experience dealing with this drycleaner. The service is far from friendly or professional. My daughter was charged $350 for the dry cleaning of her wedding dress. When it was picked up, she was told by the staff that they were very pleased with how it had come out (admittedly it was very dirty, but we were told they got all the marks out). It was not a full or detailed dress, just plain white satin crepe. When we sold it we took it out of the bag for the first time, and it had several large stains and also a yellow water mark. When we messaged the drycleaner, we did not get a reply. Would definitely NOT recommend this place for wedding dress cleaning. This did not include wrapping in preserving paper, or boxing, it was just put back in it's original bag.

Unprofessional customer service. Have been going here on and off for over 30yrs with no problem. I dropped off my boys school blazers and asked to collect them the next day to be told I was being difficult and had had 3 weeks to get them done (school holidays have just finished). I know that everyone has bad days but that’s just rude and unnecessary. Lost my business

Went in today with a brand new delicate dress that had been dirtied by a cockroach in my wardrobe. The owner took the dress, and said let me see what I can do. Came back after 5m with a clean dress and refused to charge me for it. What great old-fashioned service. Clearly not the kind of dry cleaner that's going to overcharge or take you for a ride. I'll be back!

I took my mother's precious, hand stiched, 65 year old wedding dress, (along with her original sketch for the design and her wedding photos), in to be drycleaned. John didn't just dry clean it, he restored it, along with her wedding gloves and the long ribbons of her bouquet. It's hard to express what it means to have a business, an expert like John show such kindness and taking such care of a garment that is of great personal sentimental value. Thank you.

I went there today from Bassendean to drop in a garment. But it's closed! I'll have to find another dry cleaner.

My work has used them for some years. They're consistently great to deal with and great at their profession.
