New Leaf Joe Douglas

I have been working with Joe for the past few months. Calming and helped me with Clarity around my stuff. I also attended his Monthly workshop which I highly recommend.

What a great way to spend a weekend. A few things that really stood out for me are; the gradual lightness i experience from leaving all the day to day stress and BS at the door. An insight into how my own thoughts, feelings and desires in life are important, not just to me but for everyone around me. And of course Joe's down to earth, inclusive and caring nature.

For me, Joe's workshops have been extremely rewarding on many levels. Joe's character is remarkably and refreshingly unique; warm, engaging, caring, trustworthy, funny, and full of wisdom, you can sense he's a man of integrity. He's able to tune in to a person's inner world and help them grow toward more satisfying, fulfilled, and purposeful relationships/experiences in life.

There's relationship with others, but also with one's self. Both are intimately connected in ways we may not be aware of as our stories unfold over time with all the emotional wounding, traumas, and conditioning commonly experienced in today's world. Not being aware of these emotional patterns can lead to all sorts of difficulties in life, and Joe skilfully helps the person and group become aware.

With a very mindful approach, Joe creates a space of safety and heart-centred support, allowing people in the group to go to wherever they need to go toward improving their lives. Personally, he inspires and motivates me to be the best me I can be, I think we all need people like that in our lives.

A great counsellor who is pragmatic, down to earth and a no nonsence facilitator. In my 31 years leading workshops and facilitating groups I have come across two or three men and women who stand head and shoulders above the crowd of personal development practitioners. Joe Douglas is one of them. I have used him myself as a client and wortked with Joe for over 10 years in different workshops and trainings. If Joe can't help you with your problem, then consider the worst. "Its You". You will do no better than to work with Joe. Consider that One on One sessions are useful and only really effective when you combine them with his New Leaf 2 Day workshop.

After a few years of thinking about it I finally attended my first New Leaf Workshop. Joe made it a fun but nurturing experience and deal with some deep subjects thats are so easily tucked away.enjoy this way beyond my expectations.looking forward to more
