Great Great Experience! Excellent staffs specially Theo van Merwe and Dannielle that we had dealt with. Finally we are building our dream home from New Home Centre WA ad we are so happy to do that. I highly recommend New Home Centre WA for everyone who is looking to have a great experience and a pleasant end result for your dream home.

From the start, they've been great. Shakir found me THE perfect block! Happily now in my home in Honeywood. Thanks to Dannielle, Renelle and ALL the staff at New Home Centre. They are great at what they do, making dreams come true! Watch out for Frank the site manager- the only fly in the ointment. Very surly.
Edit: as soon as they got the money, it all changed. After sales service was expected but never really delivered. They were more interested in building their new HQ. Renelle and Holly were nice, Dannielle only explained when pressed for answers. I asked for shower curtains rather than lots of glass and they put the power point inside the vanity! But didnt/ would not tell me why! The front door has been replaced 3 times. The wrong plates were attached to all the interior doors. Garage door still squealing. They don't care (like most) after they get your money. Check EVERYTHING

Terrible experience - Your purchasing a $200k home and these guys are worse than car salesman, lies, over priced! Only been around for 6 months I found out.stay away!

They where great to start with sale people really nice very friendly and Holly is amazing she is very helpful and always there for any questions or answers (there where alot). As for the build and time scale.well where currently in the middle of it. Roll on 6mths and we still not in the house! Emails sent and i was told jobs were done.went to house and still jobs not done? Feels like im always having to tell them were in the build we were up to.communication shocking.was ment to be in for Christmas as advertised (18 weeks) and its almost end of February and im still waiting.

Disappointed is not a feeling that one likes to feel after making such a life changing purchase, as I ventured into dealing with New Homes I was excited and as I met people who were responsible for their particular roles I was looking for professionals that could perform their tasks. I thought that this was the case until the after sales service (they had the $) left me in the lurch, I feel. Through the slight oversight of rendering a front facing wall accidentally I have been left to deal with the consequences myself, unfortunately I'm time poor and not a professional, so as much as I am capable and responsible I cant help feeling that I am left to take off what they can wash their hands off. Unfortunate that this is the final feelings and dealings with this company Disappointing

Lets start from the first time we met Theo Van der Merwe he is such a gentleman who guided us in everything starting from how the process of building and the land-package works, he explained each and everything in detail and that really made everything easy for us to understand and if you had any doubts he would explain them to you so very nicely and they look after you very well.
After Theo got us through the first stage of the process he introduced us to Holly Rotham this wonderful person is the incharge of the Pre -Start and she guided us right through the process of selecting the things we wanted to get in our house and she really gave us great recommendations and we are very happy with it. If we had any questions no matter how silly they were these guys replied to each and every query of ours and that shows how much care they have for their clients. So if you are worried of any thing without any doubt these are the guys you should get in touch with and they will guide you through each and everything.

New Home Centre WA have been fantastic on every level of our building process so far. Looking at four different builders prior to signing with New Homes Centre WA, we found great confidence in our decision to build with this company. All staff and management really show care and professionalism when it comes to the building process.

Their communication has been incredible and they have been quick in their response to handle all questions, particularly the staff who have handled our pre-start process.

I called them to find out some more information about building a home with them, during the call we were arranging a time to meet with them and i mentioned that my wife wont be able to make it so the Representative i was speaking to didn't want to meet with me without her and said no.
I found that very rude and will be seeking elsewhere to build.

We have given them 5 stars. We are now building our 4th house and we could compare to our previouses.newhome centre is the best. Good for money but very high quality package. Two thumbs up for our agent Shakir. Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend to build with new home centre if your buying your first home.

New home centre has been a great experience that i have dealt with so far. I am on the progress of buidling my first home with the perfect location that i wish for and with the affordable price that i have been suggested at the begining of the consultant.
I was more concern about the finance situation before go ahead with the building process at the start, but with their specialty, i am now seems riding on the right path. Their team always friendly and be flexible to keep things uptodate, and willingly to do any alterations for my home design according to my wish.
The recommnded building time was 18 weeks which is unspeakable speedy process compared with any other builder.
Hope that helps with anyone whos still wondering. Do not reluctant to call their team to discuss more if you have any queries.

My house is set to be built in the next 3 months. I have a great sales consultant in Shakir who from day 1 has been great. He showed me options for land and house designs and what was best for my budget. He has kept me informed of my stages in my building process and if I had any concerns he would contact me very quickly. My pre start appointment was exciting, the showroom had a great selection for me to see and choose from. They were upfront with what was standard and how much extra things would cost. I would thoroughly recommend New Home Centre to my friends and family and can't wait for the building process to begin!

I would highly recommend new Home centre to anyone.our Journey started in Feb 2017 within a couple of months we will be officially living in our New Home. The staff are so helpful and understand Our needs and wants.

I met Theo van der Merwe from New home centre wa. It was a good experience, the way he explain every step of building a new house. Previously i talk to other companies representative. I always find something is not clear to me. But Theo, the way he explained to me about the market and the benefits of building a new home with new home centre, which convinced me to go with new home centre wa. Not only that any time i called him he responded my call or send text.which is a great assuring for me.
