3Rikki at New Directions Psychology is the most caring, skilled and empathetic psychologist I've ever been to. She has such a humble, genuine demeanour, and made me feel safe even through some devastatingly difficult times. She listens deeply and has a way of weaving just the right knowledge/skills carefully into the sessions so that you feel understood and you learn what is important to your healing. I wish more psychologists were like her so that more people could experience similar life-changing growth as I've gone through with her.
Had my first appointment there recently. Staff are wonderful, Professional and friendly. I've seen many psychologists and some can be very clinical and almost cold, this is not the case here at all. I'm very excited to start my journey with New Directions.
