Some nice staff there, who seem like they would genuinely like to help but some others are awful. There is nothing worse than speaking to someone that is clearly not listening. After being asked "how can I help you? ", I'm trying to explain and just get "mm hmm, fantastic, right, great, mm hmm, okay, yeah" then just play back some standard vague answer without having listened to a word. If you don't want to work with people, there are other industries you can work in, jeez.
