Nesuto Geraldton Apartment Hotel

The room is well equipped and spacious for 2 people. But the room is not clean enough for a 4-star hotel. All chair in the dining room were stained. The washing machine is full of stain because the long term usage and should be replace with a new one ASAP.

Moreover, the skirting near the backyard door was damaged when I arrived. I can saw lots of unknown insects anywhere, including the skirting, and sofa without opening any window or door. I even saw a insect walking on my bed.

In addition, the TV in the room was suddenly turned on itself in the midnight which is quite scary.

I think the stay is totally unacceptable and it leave me a horrible staying experience.

I have never stayed in such a horrible hotel. Because I shared two rooms with some friends and we ate together, a little too much garbage in one room was placed on the table instead of being thrown on the ground. However, the hotel told me that 100AUD cleaning fee would be charged. I can guarantee there's no trash anywhere but the dining room table. And there was one room that had no garbage at all, which I thought was extremely unreasonable, it was a standard room but the two beds were glued together, and I didn't understand the difference between that and a queen bed room. The breakfast provided by the hotel is also very poor, only some bread and eggs, and a person can only take two eggs, the hotel environment is not four stars, I can give two stars. It was a really bad experience.

Aircons kept turning off every half hour and we had an upstairs apartment so had to walk down the stairs too remove card and put it back in everytime to get them going again like they were on a timer. Staff were not helpful at all

Beautiful, comfortable & clean. Very well equipped and plenty of space. Great stay. Enjoyed ourselves.

The worst hotel experience ever! The room and service ruined our trip.
We booked the hotel room one month ago and mentioned it would be our anniversary. After we checked in, we realised they gave us a disable room. The hotel staff even did not mention that when we were at the reception. We were so disappointed and we were told they were fully booked. Before that they just randomly assigned that room to us but the reality was we booked it long time ago. This kind of disrespect truely made our special occasion disappointing!
We normally don’t complain, however this time really we couldn’t let it go.

We were very lucky to secure a Pet Friendly Apartment here for just over a week as our caravan needed urgent repairs on one of the wheels while we are travelling around OZ from Qld. David and Lindsay we’re so accomodating for us to stay in one spot instead of having to move several times. They are both very friendly and professional in their manner. The unit is very comfortable, great bed and large bathroom. Mornings we would be welcomed by Denise in the Breakfast Room were we would sit in the outside dining section with our 2 dogs and nothing was a problem for Denise to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Gwen and all the cleaning/garden staff are all so lovely. Location of the Apartment being approx 100 mtr from the walking tracks and the beach was perfect for toilet walks for the girls (there is a fake turf courtyard off the lounge area if your dog needed a emergency toilet break). The kitchen has a bar fridge and microwave. Very good washing machine and dryer. There is a lovely pool and heated spa also in the complex. Thank you Nesuto Geraldton, you certainly made a tricky time for us very comfortable and stress free:)

Very nice and fancy. Good size spa and pool. Room was nice size and breakfast options. Shower heads could do with some repairing but overall very happy with the cleanliness and hospitality

Room is clean and good size. Bathroom needs a bit of maintenance, cracks in tiles etc but still clean. Would be nice if they had a restaurant on site for room service options. All in all a good stay though.

Pet friendly 4 star accommodation within 2 minutes walk to the beach!
What's not to love about Nesuto Geraldton?

This place is okay for an overnight stay. Our room had ants crawling on the kitchen table but front desk person did provide us with a spray.

Normally very good staying for over 2 weeks get put upstairs in corner not so happy this time but comfortable

Cancelled our room one hour before check in on a public holiday! No apology.stayed in the end but they had already refunded our money (without our knowledge) they said they had over booked us but when we get there there all the surrounding apartments were empty!
then they proceeded to hound us a month later for us to pay again! Like any of this mess up was our fault!

My first time staying there with my softball team mates. The spa wasn't working unfortunately, but a swim in the cold pool was just what the achy muscles needed after playing softball all long weekend comfy beds too

Just lost $364 through booking this hotel through booking.com and apparently a third party due to covid restriction I'm out of pocket and no one willing to offer refund or credit

The beds are.something special.im sure this lot are in cahoots with the chyro in town as I am hurting everywhere, would not recommend this to my worst enemy

The sofa and bedding were not very clean. Our room didn't have any view. The breakfast was fine.

Really nice place to stay.
We had a 2 bedroom residence and it was clean and tidy. Well set out with linen and towels and there were plenty of other features;
Washing machine/dryer with detergents
Coffee, teas and milk.
Full cooking facilities with utensils.
Breakfast was included in our package, and it had pancakes, coffee, tea, toast, cereals, yoghurt, juices etc. It was quite nice and the staff were lovely.
Only one gripe, and that was the foyer door has a self closer and it makes too much noise when closing. Some adhesive foam strip's would soften closing and the loud noise generated by people entering and exiting the room. People leaving early with repeated door slams was annoying.
The beach was nice and close with the glass sphere a shirt distance.
Nice place to stay and I would stay again.

Very good studio apartment in a very secure situation. Excellent BBQ and pool facilities enhance the experience.
