Limited trading hours on Sundays and no late night on Fridays. Very strange for a city store.
What a disappointment! Went into the Perth City boutique for our monthly drop off of used pods and casual browse to find a total lack of customer options. The ability to pick and browse from the capsule wall has been removed. The staff members were clearly at odds, one asking us to 'stand behind the line' when there was no clear line. Another asking what we were after. When we said we wanted to buy pods and asked what's happened, we were told 'we had to remove the pod wall, here's the selections' and handed us a card. We declined saying were will order online then. No apology, just 'OK'. What has happened? Is the competition pushing you out? Greater transparency to long term customers would be appreciated
Unfortunately the response I received to this review was unsatisfactory and provided no explanation for the changes to the store. My one star rating remains.
Became a bit inconvenient now to buy the coffee capsules. There used to be a whole wall of capsules displayed where you could just grab it yourself and use kiosk to self-purchase. But they have removed it for some reason so need to wait for staff to get it for you from the back.
Their coffee bar is NEVER open (have tried weekends, weekdays, morning, afternoon) so you can never try anything here before you buy. They’ve also removed the self serve option so now you have to wait to pay for things. Staff also not friendly and will ignore you if they can when you walk through the door. Recommend going to the Garden City store if you can as you’ll get much better service there and staff always happy to offer a cup of coffee before you buy!

The space itself it nice and spacious and inviting with a very modern atmosphere. The staff were knowledgeable, professional and kind. I really enjoyed my visit to this store.
I asked my husband to get me some nespresso coffee, as he worked in the city today. I am extremely annoyed to find out that the self serve has now been changed to customers having to line up. My husband waited his entire lunch time and had to go back to work wothout getting to the front of the cue and no coffee for me. I want to know why you would change a perfectly good system and make it more inconvenient for customers? I expect to be compensated for this stupid decision.

I had the privilege of being served by one of your staff named Aislinn today. Now I am by no means a coffee expert but when I tell you that your staff member knew her products, Did she really know her products.
Aislinn was incredibly friendly, welcoming and dilligent in her duties and I left feeling like I had understood the complexities of coffee a little better.

As a business owner and being in the hospitality industry, your staff here need some serious public relationship training.
The way she spoke to my 7yr daughter as we stood right where the sign told us too but to be told "DO NOT GO ANY FUTHER" with an absolute disgusting tone.
I then waited to be served to be told "hurry up" as my app loaded on my phone.
I will be taking my business else where along with the weekly 420 capsule order we place weekly we place with this store for my venue.
What rubbish. They now have a more "personalised" service. Stand in a queue / look at a "menu" with tiny pictures of pods. I LIKE choosing from a rack. If I want to order from a chart I will do it on line thank you.
Might just change the way I drink coffee.

Your coffee prepared by makes the team makes memorable and informative with the explanation. Your store shares a great success in your business will always reveal a true vibe is welcoming and magnetic.
I loved the drink that I sampled so much that I had to buy all the ingredients to make it at home. Was very refreshing on a hot day. Passionfruit, San Pell and lemon infused coffee. Was a quality experience.
Great customer service. Only negative thing when u buy a new machine they give a free capsules which should be left open to customers to choose which one they like instead of a box of capsules that u will never use.

So, what is beyond me is the customer then being sent to a machine to do their own payment. I go to the store for a personal experience. I have a machine at home, my PC. Going in to a Nespresso store is not meant to be similar to buying something at a $2 store. I understand that if it is very crowded a self-checkout may be a good idea. But not when I am the only person in the store. I want the service as I have had enough during my work day in front of a machine. I simply want someone to handle all that admin for me. Surprised that the basics of brick and mortar stores versus the internet is not understood? Certainly does not help portray the sophisticated George Clooney image.
If I could give no stars, I would. Staff were unhelpful, standing around doing nothing and not assisting. Won't be returning
Great option for coffee at home with all the mess and hassle of grinding your own beans. I really like the self service - makes stocking up on coffee pods quick and easy:)
Came in at around 3PM on a Tuesday just because the wall display caught my eye. Was greeted by an amazing staff member by the name of Glaucia who proceeded to explain to me the entire Nespresso process. As I had never even heard of Nespresso before (save the George Clooney adverts) I was educated on how the coffee is brewed, I was shown the different machines and treated to a couple sample cups of coffee. I was thoroughly impressed with Glaucias customer service skills; she was able to recommend flavours she’d think I like and she even let me try a few! She was happy to explain to me every step in the process and she was very knowledgeable; able to answer any and every question I threw her way. I really enjoyed her customer service! Bravo, Glaucia!
