I highly recommend Milla. She is a wonderful personal trainer who is very experienced, skilled and knowledgeable. She also has a warm, friendly manner that makes you feel at ease. Milla is very through and takes the time to listen and get to know you and your goals. I am really enjoying my individualised program, she has managed the perfect balance of achievable, a bit of challenge and results! Milla is accessible and great at checking in with you. I love that she is available for sessions via Zoom, as well as in person. I'm so pleased to have found her!

Milla is a great PT and has a more holistic approach which I was attracted to. She also is very good at checking in with your progress and tailoring the exercises to your needs. I highly recommend giving her a go.

Milla is a brilliant trainer. She has outstanding knowledge, making all my 49 sessions interesting by not repeating the same routine. Highly recommended.

I always shied away from using a personal trainer, thought I could do it all myself. How wrong I was. Milla's training programs have changed the way I use the gym, its no longer a chore and I enjoy the new challenges. I have also seen my body shape change over the last 6 months.bye bye to "Dad Bod", Thanks Milla.

Definitely one of the top PT's in Perth, great programs and excellent nutrition advise. Always brings great energy and the best out of the clients
