9I highly recommend Milla. She is a wonderful personal trainer who is very experienced, skilled and knowledgeable. She also has a warm, friendly manner that makes you feel at ease. Milla is very through and takes the time to listen and get to know you and your goals. I am really enjoying my individualised program, she has managed the perfect balance of achievable, a bit of challenge and results! Milla is accessible and great at checking in with you. I love that she is available for sessions via Zoom, as well as in person. I'm so pleased to have found her!

Milla is a great PT and has a more holistic approach which I was attracted to. She also is very good at checking in with your progress and tailoring the exercises to your needs. I highly recommend giving her a go.

I always shied away from using a personal trainer, thought I could do it all myself. How wrong I was. Milla's training programs have changed the way I use the gym, its no longer a chore and I enjoy the new challenges.
