I’ve been seeing Jake for over 4 months now. I walked into Nervana with chest pain and back discomfort from training too much and not recovering enough for years on end. I was on a crash course if I continued!
I recently had my 3rd tests done and the results were honestly amazing, I had improved on paper a tremendous amount and felt the best I have in 6-7 years! He’s been so helpful and careful along the way I feel comfortable every time he readjusts me and have never felt any pain or discomfort whist he has. Jake also has shown me some techniques to better my recovery through other aspects outside chiro treatment. It’s only up from here for me. I can’t recommend Jake enough, if you’re in pain or generally just want to move and feel better in your day to day life then go and see him, im sure he will be waiting with a big smile on his face and a great attitude to help you feel amazing again.

I started going to Nervana years ago, when Craig was the only practitioner there. I've seen many of the excellent chiropractors there over the years. But I just want to take a moment to sing Jake's praises. Early this year, I started suffering from severe pain that was making it difficult to walk, do basic chores, or drive. Jake has taken the time to listen to my descriptions and concerns, and has provided treatment that has restored my mobility. He's always ready with a smile and a kind word, and I'm almost sorry I no longer need to go so often.

Dr Foote, Cath and the team are very nice. I've been come to this family friendly practice for more than 10 year. No more pain on neck, shoulder and back. Highly recommended.

The Best Chiro I have ever been too. They helped me with fertility issues when I had no luck with medication and fertility doctors. When my baby had the worst reflux they fixed it in one visit. I've been coming here since before 2012 I've had few chiropractors work on me over the years and I've been happy with all of them.
They have helped me tremendously over the years, wouldn't be doing what I love if it wasn't for these guys.
Ive also taken my daughter here who is 2&half they where so patient with her as she wasn't the easiest customer very grateful and thankfu for care and patience they take.

Literally waking up with back, glute & leg pain every day before I began going to Nervana. They have truly changed my life. I'm only 29 so I was terrified to be in this state but they have made me feel young again.
