My laptop keyboard carked it before xmas and it was suggested that all we could do was replace it so I placed the order and paid and then waited for it to arrive. It arrived today, I took it to be repaired and Jamie looked at it immediately. I then received a call to say that if the keyboard was repaired, there was a strong chance that I would be unhappy with the feel of the keyboard.

Nerds could have just done the replacement and kept my money but they decided to do the right thing by the customer and give me useful advice. It's that type of service that will see me return.
