I highly recommend Catharine and the team at Neo Settlements. The level of service we received was quite exceptional. Responses to questions were promptly answer and nothing was too hard. We had some issues with the house we were purchasing and they were all sorted thanks to Neo Settlements. They worked hard to get the best outcome for us, we are a happy customer.

Exceptional service from Sam, Bella (jumping in for Sam when not available) & the team at Neo Settlements, as first home buyers with no experience, Sam & the team made us feel comfortable in the settlement process, extremely helpful and obliging, nothing too hard to handle.
They answered every question we asked of them with care and understanding. They always returned to us in a timely manner. Always respectful, we are really happy to have worked with Neo Settlements, they did a fantastic job.
In the future we will definitely return, they are our first choice.

I can't recommend them at all. The CEO Catherine was rude/sarcastic. After cancelling my original appointment to see them at the last minute, they expected me to drive another 200kms back just to sign their authority to act. When I advised them I was 200kms away, Catherine recommended I seek another agency.
