NeNe Chicken

Love nene chicken, always super yummy. But dang, could do with some staff who can at least fake a little smile. Chicken good, customer service needs some improvement.

Best fried chicken. The chicken wingers and drumets don't ever disappoint. The food is always served fast.

The best meal ever, you guys have to try! It’s really food made in heaven. Combination for coleslaw, chicken strips and the bulgogi sauce is best️ Definitely will come back again!

I'm sure it's very good bit I just couldn't do thigh meat in a burger and their chicken is roughly butchered so there's alot of fat and veins on the chicken

This store is very unorganised. Few occasions, I meant up to 6x we try to buy lunch or dinner in the past and they ran out of the food. Today, ordered over the phone and was told that about 20 min wait.

Came to pick up 30 min later and was not ready. Took the money and was told food not ready. Overheard the chef told another customers the one of the fryer was broken. A table of 2 had their money redunded. I naturally asked for refund.

The staff needs to communicate with each other, the chef need to anticipate the capacity. Very disappointing experience most of the time I go to this store. More reliable at Southland store, which is next nearest one.

There arent many restaurants that get me as excited as this place. The chicken here can't be compared to many other places, the flavored chicken is delicious and even a thrill when it gets spicy. I would recommend the snowing chili but all the flavors are great in their own way and a joy to eat. It is a little on the pricier side but worth it.

Oder through Uber eat. Oder Korea fired chicken large size. Oder come to my door with all wings and tiny serving. How disappointed

Total rip off. Expensive for very little food and a long wait. Will never darken their door again.

I cannot say this is the worst nor best NeNe Chicken establishment.

Like always, the chicken is 'finger licking good' with a variety of flavour options.

The establishment is clean to a acceptable standard.

And the prices are what you expect; nothing cheap and nothing too expensive, but you definitely get a decent amount for your buck.

I would recommend getting the 'Wings & Drumettes 30pc flavoured for $39.50' as there is no issue in feeding 1-3 individuals and you get more value for your dollar.

As mentioned, this isn't the best NeNe Chicken establishment; unfortunately for the establishment, it lacks in space and adequate staff.

The staff isn't rude but their social interaction skills need improvement.

Also, do not waste time in ordering sides or unique menu items, as they will be either unavailable or not worth the cost and time.

Worst chicken ever! I bought jumbo swicy, chicken tasted bad, the colour of the skin was bad and the sauce had a weird smell. I would never ever go here again.

The fried chickens are not the best, there are way better, good for a craving for a Korean fried chicken. Not the worker faults but there are lack of trainings on the business side. I've been when they only accepted cash because the system wasn't working and the workers doesn't know how to use it, they wasn't taught how, texting their boss or manager for help. There is no split bills, can't pay by cash and card, most places will allow you to, but their system won't allow customers to do so.

Biggest rip off. Chicken tasted very dry and covered in swicy sauce that was cold and meant to be hot over the chicken. Best thing was the rice! Should of gone to kfc

The staff was friendly and polite. Very busy place during rush hour.

Poor customer service. I had to wait over 20 minutes for a burger and snack pack. When I asked they said there has been a mistake and it will take around 7 more minutes! Very disappointed with the service.

Couldn't get snowing chilli but was still advertised the chicken pieces were pretty small for a 8 pack probably only half a chicken worth

The chicken here was absolutely yummy but poor customer service. No service mind at all.

You can buy for take away if you don’t want to have a very bad mood before you meals. Not recommended for din-in. Service was absolutely terrible.

If you have the other choice, go somewhere else. We went there many time because we live here by. But no more. Thanks

Good food but no greeting upon arrival. I stood waiting for at least five minutes before a word was spoken to me. And then the food took forever to be made.

Food was nice but they should better add more staff! When you run a business with just 1 person at front on Friday night you should expect unusual delays to serve customers!

The chicken is good, but if you order the flavored boneless chicken which is $30ish plus $2 for split flavors. Your going to be incredibly disappointed by the portion you get. It was incredibly small. I got this for a family of 4. It would barely serve 1 hungry person or 2 people. Would not be getting that again, one of the biggest rip offs.

Yummy chicken, absolutely terrible customer service here.
Vic Park and Northbridge are better with friendly staff.
