NeNe Chicken

Just ordered food. Food is always okay. Cashier's face looks like she doesn't even wanna work there. She says something that only her can hear whatever she say, i haven't finish paying she walked away and start mopping the floor. I spoke to her because my order is cheaper than what i normally pay. I ordered a large combo but ended up having a small combo. Been told can only do chips, salad or coleslaw. When my food is ready, the cashier just handed the food to me. No thank you, no bye and same facial expression at all. Please give your staff proper training greeting customers and their facial expressions. Also they're wearing short- short and their top is even longer than their uniform they look naked bottoms down. LOL

Nice food and quick service
Only issue I have is the "dirty" condition of the dining area. Looks like dirt on the walls and furniture have been building up for a long time. Looks very neglected and it's what you would see in less developed countries elsewhere.
Most likely lack of proper supervision or management. Staff just do what the have to do.no more.
Not sure what the kitchen looks like.

I ordered wings and asked the staff what was their hottest sauce. They said freaking hot and they were not wrong. Its so hot and lives up to its name. Loved the flavour. The front staff was friendly, polite and took care with the order. Quick service. maps shows its inside the mall but its outside infront of GYG. Good seating and atmosphere.

The restaurant vibe are very different. Very dirty, not one table or chairs cleaned. Only one person in restaurant, but no cleaning being done. Crumbs everywhere, sauces on chairs, mould everywhere too. Completely change our mood to eat. Staff also not friendly.

The staff at the til seems unhappy and rude to us. Her friends where dining but she seems to be happy when she’s serving them. She is on her phone most of the time as well. This is the reason why people wont come back. You need to sort her attitude towards customers

I absolutely love this place, every time i am hungry i always uber this. So filling comfort Korean food! Absolutely recommend to try- Snowing cheese and Freaking hot are my favorite!

Me and my friend tried NeNe chicken for the first time today. We couldn’t finish it as it tastes horribly bad and I got upset stomach.

Phone number has not been working for months. The reason is broken phone line. Suggested the cashier to get mobile phone instead. Sorry but this store seems not to be interested in fixing their service. (This is the third time i raise this)

Bruv cook your K - dogs properly, I ordered the the spicy sausage mozzarella k dog and it literally came out cold and I waited 20 minutes …be so for real. So disappointing.

Korean fried chicken at its best, not only that you get to drink authentic Korean alcohol inside the venue. Service is always hospitable and welcoming, everyone should try all the different flavours.

On multiple occasions they do not answer the phone. This has been happening for over 3 months atleast. Are the staff just not answering the phone or if there's a technical problem is 3+ months a long enough time to wait before fixing the issue?

Ordered online for take-away, was told that order is ready but when I arrived for pick up still waited good 20mins before my order was actually ready. Customer service is horrible too, the staff really had a attitude when talking to.

Heaps of customers when we got there. They told us 30min wait time which we agreed because we want our food to be cooked well. But this is how it looked like after waiting for more than 30min. Still uncooked. So disappointing.

I have had a great experience at Nene Chicken restaurant in Australia. The chicken is some of the best I have had at a chain restaurant, and I highly recommend trying the 'snowy cheese' and 'swicy chicken' options. The only downside is the waiting time, which can sometimes be a bit long. However, the prices are a bit higher compared to other chicken chains like KFC, but in my opinion, the extra cost is worth it for the high quality of the food. Overall, Nene Chicken is one of my go-to places for delicious chicken and I highly recommend giving it a try.

I love fried chicken. Ever since I discovered that Koreans also love fried chicken I've gone out of my way to try as many different Korean fried chicken restaurants as possible.
This has not been beneficial for my wallet or my waistline!
Nene chicken ranks at the top of my list so far. I've been here several times and have been thoroughly thrilled every time.
Ordinarily I'd be a little upset at the price, but honestly, it's that good I just don't care.
If you want a delicious addiction, this is the place to go.

Dropped in to try it for the first time and went to order and they had no beer. What’s the point of going to a place that says “chicken and beer” and have no beer. Absolutely stupid.

WHAT HAPPENED NENE!? !

Went to satisfy that snowing vegetable coated Korean fried chicken craving and was left rather disappointed!

Don't think we will be back soon unless I feel like I want to get an order of gastro-to-go!

Food came out pretty much right after we had ordered and sat down, noticed this for some orders after us too. The chicken was pretty much cold, not even warm which was rather concerning. It also had an off smell and taste to it which left us hungrier than when we came in.

We ordered the 8 piece chicken; 2 were wings, 4 were boneless pieces of mainly shriveled up batter.and the other two were dark meat pieces that so old that we pretty sure werent safe to be dished up!

Food made fresh; and very fast at making the orders despite having a small number of staff. The store is kept clean as well.

I would definitely come back!
