NENE Chicken

Service was less than desirable. The kids at the counter had an earphone in the whole time, blasé attitude, and didn’t want to be there.

Long wait for my order, to then have two groups who’d ordered after me receive their orders first. Won’t be returning to this establishment.

Tried to order some food at 7.40pm today at the willeton branch but was told the restaurant is closed. I asked what time they normally closed and lady said 8pm but they now ran out of chicken. Quite disappointed.unless you are planning to have an early dinner, I won't be thinking of going to Nene chicken.

Came to the restaurant without any dine in customer so the staff have more space to talk. The counter girl was eating her chocolate and taking order at the same time. Was she trained not to eat when serving customers?

Service was not good I would not recommend. Staff were too busy goofing around shouting and dancing to serve our food. We eventually got our own food from the counter which had already gone cold. Avoid.

We ordered two two tornado potato’s, a simple order. We waited till it was ready, the girl who served us and employees in the kitchen where loudly joking and talking amongst themselves laughing loudly and forgot about us. I walked up and picked up my order at the counter. The girl ran and apologised, I forgot you were here. Unprofessional and lack of care for customers. Food was stale and cold too, by the time I served myself. We will not return, lack of management made for an unpleasant experience today.

We ordered a classic range eight pieces, we asked if there is any thighs, and they said yes, however, when our meal was served, it only had drumsticks and wings, when we asked the lady at the counter, she said that we will get a mix including thighs and breasts and we didn’t.

I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone, because they don’t deliver what they say.

The snowing chicken was a treat and the fries were crunchy. The experience however was rather disappointing. The prices on the menu that was on the store window, the menu board and website were all different. When I questioned the staff why I was charged more than the advertised prices, she couldn’t answer me and just said the prices are increasing all the time. It is never the same.

Absolutely terrible! After waiting 2 hours for the food my delivery order was wrong. Instead of 8 pieces of swicy I received half swicy and half snowing cheese. The chicken pieces were really really small and there was hardly any sauce on the swicy, it didn't even taste like swicy! I called the store and spoke to the manager and she didn't seem at all apologetic and just told me that it was ubers problem and to call them even though it was obviously the restaurants problem. I'm very very disappointed and as a loyal customer of nene chicken and this store in particular, I will no longer be going to this store after today's experience. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE

Why the f they gave me original wings while i ordered for garlic flavour, they just give the sauce. I called em so many times for the wrong order and no answer!

Waited an hour for a deliveroo order. Missing a 14 dollar burger. Just not good enough at those prices

Order was wrong, not for the first time. Won't be back better Korean fried chicken elsewhere

Under cooked and smells like old oil and color also seems dark (usually old oil is making like that colors)

Nom Nom chicken answers their phones if you can't get through to nene. I guess they don't want customers making orders over the phone. Multiple branches and no one answers. Tried many times and nope. Frustrating. Won't be trying here anymore.

Amazing service, workers are always radiating positivity and food’s amazing! Definitely returning!

Just like it says. Korean Fried Chicken, guranteed to be very hot (hot/cold) when eaten; and guranteed to have to wait awhile for your food.

Not recommended at all, we have order classic range in our last visit, but the portion was pathetically small. Understood they may try to maintain the price, but the shrink in the served portion was shocking.

A hit and miss.

I've been here several times and dont have any complaints for the front of house staff. They're usually quick at taking orders, friendly and helpful.

The kitchen however is where I have concerns. Sometimes you get chicken smothered in the sauce and other times you'd be lucky to get sprinkles of it.

When I order the 'freaking hot' chicken I'll be drinking atleast 2l of water however due to the lackluster of sauce yesterday I barely drank anything. The cheesy fries tasted like plain fries as they were very stingy with the parmasen cheese.

If I'm not mistaken its when the owner is in the kitchen (muslim lady) when this happens so I will give them another shot when she's not there and see if I'm correct. Whoever it is, I'll be avoiding them when I want to satisfy my Nene cravings.

It was really tasty! Me and my children really liked it and everything could not have gone better! I'm sure nothing will top this food for a while.

Love their mustard like sauce, and chicken is not bad.but quantity feels a little lacking.staff here have mostly been friendly and helpful

This place was an actual rip off we asked for everything boneless chicken and we get 1 plate of boneless chicken and 1 plate of garlic chicken with bones which was absolutely disgusting and bad I don’t think this is a good place for food and they are very over priced. We asked the lady to give us a refund for our boneless chicken and she did not listen to us and did not care this is horrible
