I have been seeing Dr V for many years now and she is consistently excellent. She is always across my health issues - tracking how I am tracking. I appreciate the reminders to have my bloods and various screens undertaken. She’s warm, caring and impresses as being super capable. The practice is in a great location with easy parking, and her staff always pleasant: the surgery pristine.

I received terrible service from Dr Lakshmi.
Lacks empathy. Terrible communication skills. Poor examination skills. Brief, superficial and cursory.
Did not ask any questions that would enable her to provide an informed treatment plan. She was given every opportunity to engage in a professional way.
Failed to explain the treatment plan provided. Did not listen to patients circumstances and symptoms being experienced.
Was judgmental and condescending in her “bedside” manner.
Utterly disappointing.
I hope my experience was unusual and others receive a better standard of care here.

Professional friendly Reception Staff, My Doctor was supportive and provided excellent health management advice.

Been a few times but our usual GP has left. Went to see another doctor but both reception and the doctor were lack of empathy. Left messages several times for urgent issues but they never bothered to call back.

Ladies at the front desk are very welcoming and helpful. The GP and nurse have a caring nature and portray a genuine concern about their patient’s health and well-being. They ask all the right questions in order to properly diagnose you or your loved one. I will definitely return to this practice even though it’s a bit of a trek from home, the quality of care is brilliant.

Went to the Medical Centre to seek assistance for ear pain relief. After the Doctor did her assessment she prescribed some medication and scheduled another date to have the ear wax removed. Unfortunately, the medicine that was prescribed didnt ease the pain. Upon visiting the Centre to have the ear wax removed the following week, the Doctor advised that the device to clean the ear didnt work. What an unprofessional team who didnt make prior arrangement to ensure that the medical devices were working beforehand. Definitely not recommended, such a waste of money and time.

Nedlands Medical Centre provide a very professional service. Dr Vasanth Govindappa is attentive, extremely knowledgeable in my very complex condition, and courteous. I will be making him my go to GP.

Booked for a Scuba Diving medical, despite 3 phone calls to clarify the booking - the Dr was expecting us for a Driving medical. In and out in less then 5 min but they were still going to charge Medicare for their mistake.

After seeing 4 doctors I was referred here. I have never really needed doctors before but will stay with this clinic, very caring and professional.
