I am a new customer of Nectar Honey and their customer service has been awesome. I have so far had 2 orders delivered, both of which have been very quick and well packaged. I like that they popped a handwritten card in to say thank you for the order. It gave it a personal touch.

My first order was the Karri honey and the Jarrah honey. The Karri was light and delicate, but still had a depth of florally flavours. I now have a new favourite indulgence which is Karri honey in green tea. The Jarrah is darker with a richer flavour that is quite distinctive. I love strong flavours and was very pleased with the Jarrah variety.

My second order was more Jarrah (obviously) and I decided to try one of their bush honeys. I opted for the Red Bottlebrush honey. It is quite dark in colour, and I was amazed at the taste difference to the Jarrah. Very complex flavours and, surprising, a bit less sweet that the Jarrah or Karri, with a more earthy flavour. I am not great at describing flavours, but the Red Bottlebrush is currently my absolute favourite.

My next order will be more Red Bottlebrush (obviously) and I am excited to try another bush honey.

I love that the honey is ethically farmed as this is very important to me and is local to Perth region where I now call home.

This is the most delicious, natural, local honey! I’ve been buying Nectar Honey since 2017 and feel secure in the knowledge that it is 100% pure, completely raw honey harvested from Western Australian flowers. I can even trace each batch I buy to exactly where it was collected. We eat it raw, use it to promote wound healing, and in cooking – I’m especially famous (in my family – ha ha!) for the Cold & Sore Throat Medicine I make in my Thermomix. Everyone “orders” it at the first sign of illness. Pretty sure it wouldn’t be quite so effective without the healing properties of Nectar Honey. Thanks Sarah, James & the team.
