Our rack and hardware was in bad shape for years. We called NECall for support and they removed our old equipment with ZERO disruptions to our business. Workmanship was top notch. In fact; flawless. LAN cables in perfect order and position and not one error (cable mix up) detected on our telephone ports, computer ports and other facilities. NECall also upgraded our phone system hardware when we ported our numbers to a new carrier and they fully arranged our churn to this carrier. Zero disruptions again. When you're running a medium sized SME and your communications stay active, that's the point of difference between good or bad service providers. These guys are neither. They are not just good they are outstanding. We found them super professional all the way and they know their stuff. What a credit to the team at NECall.

Great, no fuss service. Whatever you need - these guys get it done. Great experience with relocating our operational business. No downtime whatsoever and no dramas dealing with Telco's on my behalf, Nick and the team did it all.

Reliable Competent Professional is how I would summarise my experience my experience with Necall - they installed our NEC system 4 years back and helped us transition to NBN / iiNet Bizphone recently. It is such a pleasure to work with Les and his team - they are customer service focussed, know what they are doing and come up with elegant solutions which are extremely fair in pricing. Knowing that they are part of our support team makes me feel so secure in our telephony issues. I cannot recommend them highly enough - super for the SME market.)

Successful migration to the NBN and SIP Lines thanks to the team at NECALL!
NECALL successfully helped us to migrate our ADSL internet and ISDN lines to the NBN. We had other companies telling us we had to buy a new phone system and that wasn't the case with NECALL. The team at NECALL managed the complete transition to a new provider and ported our phone numbers to their carrier with no disruption to our business.
Our business depends heavily on our voice communications and are so pleased we engaged NECALL. Thanks to all the team that was involved in our project (Grant, Steve & Nic) Highly recommend.
