We referred our friend to help with decluttering of the house and help her to find the storage and move out some of the items. She was over the moon with the service from Jay and Bianca and the total price

Used NESolutions to bring a house up to selling point as occupant was going in to full time care. The occupant had been living by herself and the house and garden had been allowed to deteriorate. The company did an amazing job at what I consider to be a reasonable price, communication was great, service was great, all staff I dealt with were friendly and professional. I would use them again, and would not hesitate to recommend their services.

Jay and the team went above and beyond. WA border closures meant we could not travel to tidy up and sort out our stored items in our shed when we sold our house. Nothing was too much for them. 2 x 20ft containers later and it’s all here in Adelaide.
I also had an old non running land cruiser in parts that Jay managed to arrange someone to extract, and get it secured on a truck to be shipped over here to SA. I had thought I’d have to dispose of it over there so I’m very happy I was able to keep it.
Everything went better than I expected. Communications were excellent and the whole process was so smooth!

I was recently faced with he task of moving my father from his unit in Perth to an Aged Care Living Facility due to a rapid downtown in his health. I was also tasked with selling his unit, taking control of his affairs and navigating the complex Aged Care Assistance Program from the Federal Government. As you can imagine all of this was very time consuming and confusing for me. To make the issue more complicated I was trapped abroad in America due to Western Australia"s hard border response to the Covid pandemic.

I cannot express enough how hiring NE Solutions was the easiest part of this process for me. They gave me a timeline of events, and a cost estimate that they adhered to. They went through the unit with my father and listened to him about what he wanted to take with him, what he wanted to try to sell and what he wanted to donate or trash. They made a careful inventory of all the items and took them to the appropriate places. I am happy to say that nothing was lost during the move. They also cleaned the unit from top to bottom and had it ready for sale. They showed up on time and when promised, and made several accommodations to our original plan that changed the schedule for them because our plans changed. Every aspect of the move was attended to and I did not have to prop them to follow through with what they promised to do. With all of the chaos and lack of follow up from almost everyone else involved with he move it was a real pleasure to be able to not have to sit and wonder if NE Solutions were going to complete the tasks that the promised to do.

On a personal note I would like to thank Bianca for her personal counsel and guidance on affairs related to my father's condition and what to expect at the Aged Care Home. This made it truly full moving experience.
